I love all the decorating projects you've accomplished. You do what I want to do, but chichen out. Maybe this year I will get rid of my burgundy dining room.

Rhoda,

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your blog and I want your house :) I wanted to check with you on the colors in your diningroom. I actually have a color similar to the SW Antique White above my chair rail and my husband did the picture frame moulding for me, but I want to paint it white. Did you use semi-gloss for the entire area under the chair rail? Could you share with me the color of the white paint as well? That's exactly the look I am going for.

Thanks for the inspiration!

Rhoda,
The room is perfect. What kind of paint did you use for the molding? Was it all white gloss? Or did you paint the molding with gloss but the wall with eggshell?

Thank you.

I love the beach house in Something's Gotta Give. I’ve trying to find some of the artwork from the movie, especially the beach scene in the living room. I think it’s called rockaway beach. I can’t find anything. Can anyone help?

Hi, I absolutely crazy about your dining room. You did a wonderful job with the whole room. The only thing that just doesn't quite look right is the bottom of the last shelves with the bowls hanging up on each side. Did you see how it would look without them. I think it would be good with more of a gap in between the shelf and the molding. Or maybe hang up something rectangular to give it some space from the molding. Now please don't take this personnel, because you did a fantastic job, it's just my opinion. It still looks STUNNING. In fact I think you have a BEAUTIFUL HOME all and all.

Enjoy your Evening-

Hi Rhoda - I haven't been by for a while and didn't know that you painted your dining room until now. WOW is all I can say!!! I loved it before, and it's great to change it up once in a while.

BTW - where do you get the classic plaster columns that you use in your decorating? Years ago Michael's had some of the smaller ones, but I haven't seen them anywhere in at least 5 years.
