Hi Rhoda! I have this recipe, except we use devils food cake, chocolate pudding, and chocolate chips with an almond-chocolate glaze. It is divine! Richella from Imparting Grace posted this recipe too except she uses cream cheese instead of the sour cream, so it’s obviously a very versatile cake I’m going to have to try your version next…yum.

Yum! I make a very similar cake that starts with a chocolate cake mix. I’ll have to try this variety next time!

Yummo!! I just bought mini choc chips this past weekend to make a version of this sour cream pound/bundt cake but your recipe looks even simpler – lovely! Can’t wait to make the house smell yummy! thanks

This has been one our favorites for many years. I like to make
it especially in the summer time since it doesn’t have frosting
which can tend to slide off in heat of the deep south!
