I remain a fan of fairly traditional colors for Christmas decorating, but I ADORE that natural wreath. It was stunning!

Thanks for posting so many lovely pictures. I DO feel inspired!

Hi Rhoda, wonderful photos of the tour. I'm particularly in love with the "stacked" wreath topiary in the 2nd photo!

Rhoda,
I am a giant lurker, haven't left a comment yet, but I just had to today. I LOVE this post. I am so pleased to see that quality silks have not "gone out of style". I am so inspired to start decorating for Christmas! Thank you for taking time to post all that you do. I am sure there are many like me who check your blog everyday for education and inspiration and don't comment; but we do appreciate all of your hard work.

I love the inspiration! Early or not, I need to start thinking. I am determined to make my own swags for the mantle this year... I even bought the greenery last year on sale. A first for me ! I am going to bookmark this for the sparkly one. Love it.

Wow, just wow. Boy does your post take me back to my shop keeping days. I'm torn between, Thank God I don't have to do that any more, and I can do that and I did do that. At this point in life I am just wishing that we would have taken more pictures of the store when we made the transition to Christmas and all the other holidays and that I still had all the youthful energy and enthusiasm of those bygone days.
Maybe closer to Christmas I will do a bow making tutorial. It is all in the ribbon!
