Is it something to do with having the same bloodline?? I had a red dining room with my longtime queenanne cherry dining furniture. Recently painted above the chairrail a similiar shade as yours. Also have been painting out all the trim in the house a white. It was stained and so outdated. Looks much better now. I haven't started the picture molding yet, but it was part of my plan!
