Now that just looks like a whole bunh of heaven to me girl. I'm going to have to try that. The FGK (five great kiddos) love nachos, so this will be a nice alternative.

Stop over if you get a chance and get another quick recipe that is supper delish and easy to fix.

Rhoda,

I am holding you personally responsible for the ten pounds I gained looking at that delicious picture. Oh well, it's behind me now...unfortunately.

I will be back tomorrow to look at everyone's beautiful Christmas decor.

Hello Rhoda,
I love your blog and have reading it for several monthes now. I saw these nochos and never thought to broil I would bake..and it took much longer, thanks for the tip. Also I saw the Man Sandwich from 2-08 and tried to get the reciepe off the site from the person that made them and it wouldn't take me there. So if you ever get a minute could you please post the directions for me, I would love to try them.
Have a wonderful day.
Hugs,
Jolyn

I usually add some Mexican meat 'mix' to ours--but we do something very similar (my meat mix is just ground beef and a can of ranch or black beans mixed, and seasoned with garlic and onion and lots of cumin and cilantro and chili powder-including some really spicy peppers).

Yum. Maybe we should have Tex Mex for dinner tonight...
