Homemade Peach cobbler

Ingredients

  • Fresh peeled and sliced peaches approx. 6-8
  • One Cup Self-rising Flour
  • One Cup Sugar
  • One Egg
  • One stick butter

Instructions

  1. Use 9x12 baking dish
  2. Fill baking dish about 1/2 way full with fresh sliced peaches, the more the better!
  3. Place flour and sugar in mixing bowl, add one egg and mix until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle mixture over top of peaches.
  5. Dot all over with 1 stick of butter.
  6. Bake at 375* for approx. 45 min. or until golden brown.
