This is the last Thrifty Treasures for this year, so enjoy it and let’s all get inspired for some Fall and holiday fun, which will be just around the corner. I can’t believe October is almost here!
I’m just getting back from Bella Rustica today and I’ll be sure to share all of that fun with you soon. The house renovation had a few things happening this week, but we are still at least a couple of weeks away from finished. I know I’ll be in by the end of October, if not before. Just don’t want to put pressure on a firm move in date until all those little things are done. I want the entire inside of the house to be done and then I don’t have to worry about anything after I move in the furniture.
Bad Rabbit Vintage turned an old china cabinet into a chippy bit of pretty with good ole’ Annie Sloan chalk paint. Nice transformation!
This old school brass tea cart on wheels is so very cool! Crunchy Diva found this at a thriftstore for $35 and I’d say that’s a steal for something this pretty. Check out that patina.
Pretty blue velvet brought this Frenchy style chair up to date for Dixie Delights!
Oh! Cute little vintage suitcases always call my name. I have a couple of these too. For $8, Dora’s Cottage didn’t leave this one behind.
This cottage style polka-dot cutie was done by Embracing Change and it turned from plain in brown to pretty in green.
A Heartful Home’s score of this vintage Farmer’s Market sign for only $2.99 was a real deal!
Awww, this brings back memories for me! We had a croquet set very similar to this one when I was growing up. It’s long gone now, but Kelly at Eclectically Vintage found a nice set at a thriftstore.
Leone Design painted a pretty mid-century modern piece in yellow and it’s a little more edgy now. Cute!
Can you see a trend this week? Furniture always gets my attention and these two Empire pieces got a new paint job from My Passion for Décor that she found at a tag sale. Pretty!
Painted white chairs are always fresh and pretty and Town and Country Living really took these Plain Jane’s up a notch with new seat covers too. These 2 were scored for $15 (for both) at a church sale. Gotta love that!
So, that’s it for this week!
What did YOU find! Link up and share your fun finds this week and please link back to the party so everyone can find it.

Hi Rhoda, boy am I going to miss these posts! Can’t wait for your post about Bella Rustica.
Guess what, I’m going to take care of that antiques place I blogged about (http://dagmarbleasdale.com/2012/08/antique-lovers-flock-to-the-barn-at-sundial-farm/) next weekend! Three barns full of amazing stuff, ah…
I’ll work there for 5 hours Sat and Sunday — I can’t wait to have all that time to looks for treasures when there are no customers 🙂
