  1. I think I strugle most with keeping bathrooms clean. Although with 3 kids, it’s nice to have 3 bathrooms, those 3 kids also keep them in need of lots of attention. Each of my older children take care of one bath and I’m responsible for the master, but once every couple of months I do them all to get them really up to my standards and as a pleasant surprise to my kids. I think the kitchen is a lot of cleaning, but I have to keep up with that daily since I cook there several times a day. The baths need help.

  2. This would be so handy. I need to get moving on my spring cleaning before it turns into summer cleaning πŸ™‚

  3. Our bathroom needs some serious spring cleaning. We have not yet remodeled it & the previous owner’s “remodel” left lots of nooks and cranies for dirt to collect πŸ™

  4. Dirtiest spot in my house…..DEFINATELY my kids bathroom. They are 2 and 4, so you can only imagine. Between the dirt ring around the tub and the “accidents” around the toilet, it is constantly being cleaned. It seems every day I’m in there scrubbing up something! These tools would definately help out, especially the “nook and cranny” one!!

  5. I would love to try out these new products on my direst part of my house. I would have to say that my entryway is the direst part of my house. There is always dirty shoes and dirty hand prints on the wall. Thanks for the give away!!

  6. With two boys, one of whom is potty training, the dirtiest room in our house is their bathroom. It requires constant attention! I would love to give some of these Scotch Brite supplies a try.

  7. Diane Rutherford says:

The dirtiest part of my house is my laundry room/mud room. We walk into the space from the garage and dump everything there. We only have a tiny bar sized sink next to the washer and dryer which functions as my paint/project clean up area and the countertop next to it is constantly littered with stuff! Dust bunnies have mated with the dog’s fur balls and have made their home back in the nooks and crannies! I would love to win the cleaning supplies – they would get a workout at my house. Thanks for the giveaway and the site – I could spend hours here dreaming of all the projects I want to do! Diane

  8. I have to pick just one? Hmmm, guess it would be my floors. I have had wood floors before but now I also have tile. Harder to clean for me. I wish I was one of those people who just lurved to clean! πŸ˜‰ But sadly, I am not πŸ™

  9. Ughhhh the bathroom is definitely the dirtiest. I’m allergic to almost all tub scrubber things, and unfortunately, the husbandman I married isn’t too kicked over to scrub how I like him to! So I wait until it’s dreadful, put on all protective gear possible (Hazmat suit, anyone?), open all windows in our apartment, and get to gettin’. When the rashes from scratching a week later finally disappear, it’s dirty again. Ugh!

  10. Like so many, I would have to say the hardest area of our home to keep clean is the master bathroom. It’s seems almost impossible to clean the grout in our tile shower. I would love ALL the products, but especially the “Nook & Cranny” cleaner and the “Grout” cleaner. Off to spray it down with a little cleaner right now!

  11. My laundry room! It’s where everyone comes into the house, dumps their shoes. Life gets messy, need to clean it up! lol
Would love to win the cleaning supplies to make my job easier.

  12. Ugh, the boys bathroom – 2 teen boys that now love to each take 2 to 3 showers a day. I could clean it top to bottom daily and it would not be as clean as I wanted it. Winning this would sure help!

  13. Oh how I need these. We have one poor bathroom in this old farmhouse, plus well water. Keeping it clean is about an hourly thing. Seems like I am always in there scrubbing something. I could so use these!

  14. With 3 boys (one being my husband) in the house, the bathrooms are always a chore. So I could really use all of these great bathroom cleaning products to keep on the three bathrooms around here. Great giveaway!

  15. oooh wow that will get the house spick and span in no time!!
    alicia

  16. Rhoda, I clean houses part time, so this would be a great addition to my arsenal!
    great giveaway.
    gail

  17. Really could use some spankin’ new cleaning supplies to get me motivated to do a thorough spring cleaning! With three sons, and three bathrooms….

  18. Our upstairs bathroom could use your give-away. Who sees it, unless we have overnight guests? It is the neglected child of our house, poor thing.

  19. Patti Smith says:

Makes me feel so much better to read that the bathroom is so many other people’s hardest spot in the house to keep clean. The master bathroom in my house is the biggest…and I like it that way…but boy does it take some time to clean. The dirtiest bathroom in our house on a regular basis is my two teenage daughters’ bathroom. Oh my!!! You have no idea. Maybe the Scotch Brite tools would help them get a handle on things? πŸ™‚

  20. Whoops! Forgot to leave my website url πŸ™‚

  21. Our master bathroom is the dirtiest. The grout seems to get dingy so quickly. Maybe it’s my hairspray? Also, it is so hard for me to clean the nooks and crannies around the tub and shower. I have to literally get in them to clean them. New tools from Scotch Brite with long handles would be fun to try.

  22. The hardest area to maintain is the kitchen floor and the bathroom floors.
We clean all the time. We just have a hard time with the shower grout because although I have put all sorts of cleaners on it there are some spots that just won’t go away.

  23. I love anything that makes cleaning easier!

  24. The bathrooms are definitely the hardest to keep up with…I have a two-year-old and a five-year-old in one bathroom…mine and my husband’s bathroom…and then a guest bedroom bath upstairs…the three of them are CONSTANTLY in use and constantly being messed up. These supplies could come in real handy!

  25. Rhoda, I love to clean. Strange, I know. Right now I’m getting ready for my son’s graduation party in three weeks. We have lots of company coming and I’m scrubbing away!

  26. Miss Mary says:

with 3 dogs, a cat, two kids and living in the desert, its gotta be floors….

  27. Becky in SC says:

I have used that shower/tub soap scum remover for years….and it is the BOMB BIGGETY!! Love it, love it, love it!!

  28. Wow! My heart starting beating faster when I saw the extendable handle on the tub and shower scrubber…. I have a HUGE jetted tub, and it’s all I can do to reach the other side when cleaning! This one’s the winner for me! Can’t wait to try it out.

  29. We have really hard water. And white shower stalls.
    I could really use this.

  30. sign me up please- It is always nice to have the right cleaning supplies on hand when you need the job done!

  31. My laundry room is the worst…no one sees it. I love Scotch-Brite products and would love to win these.

  32. My upstairs bath gets the dirtiest, I think. In a close tie is the kitchen floor. Yuck! πŸ™‚ I’d love to win this. Actually I think I need to win this.

  33. My entire house is upside down right now, since we’ve re-floored all the living areas (entire house minus bedrooms and baths)… You just don’t realize what a dusty person you are until you move all your furniture!! LOL!! I could really use these tools!!

  34. Definitely the linoleum floors, I wish the land lord would replace them. I find myself cleaning them all of the time!

  35. Joyce Ackley says:

The dirtiest area of my house…..hmmmm….let me think a minute. My kitchen is fairly new. So is the ceramic tile in my bathrooms. They’re clean and shiny, and I’d like to keep them that way. My shower stall floor could use a good scrubbing, around the corners especially. I’m thinking one of those scrubbers would be just the thing. And I have a big mirror over the bathroom sink. It’s old and hard to clean and is freqently dotted with water spots and streaks. I’ll bet that mirror cleaning cloth would shine it right up! Put me down for the draw, please!

  36. Cynthia Hartsock says:

Help! I am a wife, Mother and Grandmother with a full time job. I can use all the help I can get to keep things in check around here with the little bit of time I get to do it. It would be great to win some new cleaning supplies! πŸ™‚

  37. I don’t love cleaning, but I LOVE a clean space & new cleaning tools always seems to make it more fun. πŸ™‚ Thanks for the giveaway!

  38. I don’t like to clean, but I’m a sucker for cleaning tools. πŸ˜‰

  39. We recently had to move from our beautiful dream home into a very small and older rental house. I now have to do the cleaning which I don’t mind but all of the fixtures are also very old and hard to clean. The bathroom sink fixtures need lots of scrubbing and it’s hard to clean underneath them.

I wasn’t aware that Scotch Brite had all of these cleaning products. I use their sponges as I think they work the best. I have several packages of them for each room I clean. But the hard to reach ones look good and the bathtub and shower tool would be so helpful.

Thanks for sharing about these products. Even if I don’t win, I have a Target nearby so I can find them there.

    Blessings,
    Debbie

  40. I think it would be our bathrooms … with daughters and hair products!

  41. Sharon Avinger says:

I’d love to try those new products! Cleaning is not my favorite game either and I’m always on the lookout for tools to make it easier. Thank, Rhoda!

  42. Karen Bush says:

Hi Rhoda. I wanted to let you know that I am opening a new shop in Old Town Helena called The French Flea and wanted to invite you to stop by sometime and see my shop as well as the other shops and restaurants in the area! My shop will have lots of painted and distressed furniture, home decor, jewelry, a baby section with a couple of vendors that you may know from other locations such as Consigning Interiors and Treasures in Cahaba Heights (now closed). Here is the link to a nice blog I received from Leigh on her site “Tales from Blogaritaville”. http://lbratina.blogspot.com/2010/04/french-flea.html. My official grand opening is Saturday, May 8th (the weekend of the Buck Creek Festival) and I will have a soft opening prior to that but not sure when – waiting on my credit card machine. Thanks and I love your new blog design!

  43. These would be so handy. I love gadgets, and need some new cleaning ones. Thank you.

  44. I hate the tile floors in my new house and haven’t found a mop that I love yet. Would love to give these a try!

  45. We just moved to a big house on 7 acres of woods, trees, creeks, and mud. We have 6 (indoor) dogs. ‘Nuff said, right? : )

    xox,
    Susan

  46. These would come in real handy on our houseboat. We need to get it all spiffed up for the boating season. Can hardly wait!!!

  47. We have a big problem with mold in our master bathroom because the fan does not work properly. I would love some help with the grout between the tiles.
    Melanie

  48. I would love to try the mop, but would put them all to good use. We are welcoming a new little dog to our home in the next couple of days and I expect that these tools will come in handy! Thanks! Annie Joy

  49. Hardest place to keep clean….the BATHROOM. I have had some health issues this past year and my husband has become familiar with the cleaning routine….what a nice surprise it would be for him to get all the fun supplies.

  50. Just having had a hip replaced, the hubs and I are sharing one walk in shower. Needless to say, it gets twice the use, hence twice the need for cleaning. I’m thinking my hubby would really like using that long handled extension scrubber! I’ll just call him my “cleaning man”!

  51. Joyce Ostermiller says:

I love those cleaning supplies, and have actually used a few of them. I think, hands down, in our house, the bathrooms are the biggest challenge. I would love to win this lovely bunch of “helpers”. Thank you

  52. sheila sikardi says:

These new gagdets and gizmos may make cleaning fun~~! ..lol..Who am I kidding? At least they may help me finish my work quicker!

  53. The dirtiest part of my house is usually my bathroom, I have to buy new cleaning products like every other day to keep it clean. I have 3 kids and a husband who is basically a slob( what man isn’t?, if you have a clean one I am sooooooooooooooooooooo jealous). If these aren’t great reasons then I have one more I love cleaning so that is why I am able to keep my composure, I love to clean(odd, I know), its so invigorating to walk into a fresh clean room.

  54. The dirtiest place in our house has to be our bathroom (isn’t everyone’s?). I would use these to scrub that room like their is no tomorrow.

  55. My dirtiest areas are my bathrooms. Anything to make it easier to clean them would be a blessing. If there are tools and products to make the job go quicker, it will be much easier to get my kids to help!

  56. I’d love to be entered in to your drawing… I was wanting the shower cleaning gadget but thought they had stopped selling them? If I’m not the lucky winner I’ll have to go check out Target and get me one πŸ˜‰

  57. I’d love to win this!

  58. The dirtiest part of my house is probably the kids shower. I guess it is kinda out of sight out of mind for me since I have never used it. That is what I would be cleaning or possibly teaching my lovely daughters to clean. Wink!
    Great giveaway.
    Smiles!

  59. Loretta M. says:

Ah, definitely the bathroom in this little old house! I (actually, my husband, lol) would these cleaning tools to clean the shower stall, sink and ancient toilet, not to mention everything else in this room. And then my daughter would probably also use them to clean her bathroom, where the kitty box lives…we won’t even discuss that room, lol. Thanks!

  60. Janet G. says:

    Would love to win these!

  61. Jenny Moon says:

I really like all the scotch brite products but my favorites are the tub and shower cleaner, the handle extends and the nook and cranny cleaner. Can’t be without those!!!!!

  62. My dirtiest spot right now is the Master bathroom…ugh! I would love new cleaning products! Thanks!

  63. I would love to win these! My dirtiest place is the bathroom mirror. I cannot get the streaks out!

    Pick me! pick me!

  64. I can’t believe this… I just blogged about my husband’s love affair with Scotch Brite on Thursday! I am so hoping to win this giveaway! He’ll think it’s Christmas! What is the my toughest cleaning challenge area? That would have to be my bathrooms. We have very hard water. It is a “stay on top of it or die trying” sort of thing.

    (fingers crossed) IHopeIwinIHopeIwinIHopeIwinIHopeI…..

  74. I really DO love Scotch Brite products so am hoping I have a chance at this! Our master bedroom bath is the place that needs the most cleaning. Fingers double crossed:):)

  75. Marianne says:

My bathroom is the biggest challenge, you’d think men would be able to aim better into such a large opening!?! The grout cleaner looks interesting…

  76. maggie schmitz says:

I have the one with the long handle & it is really nice to clean the shower. I am short and it extends. I would love to win these products. I would give the handled one to my mom who is also short and she would love it. Thanks for the opportunity to win, Maggie

  77. Susie Petretich says:

The dirtiest place in our house is our VERY small bathroom that sits right off of our kitchen. What a terrible place for a bathroom! No one wants to use it, but everyone who is here hanging out downstairs has to b/c it’s the only one on the first floor. It feels like you’re using the bathroom in the middle of the kitchen(you are). Since we have a 4 year old boy who has friends over daily, this bathroom gets a LOT of use! It is hard to keep it clean with all the little boys using it constantly. I am sort of disgusted by this since it’s, again, in the kitchen. So this is my biggest challenge, and I would love to try all of those products out in there. Thank you for such an awesome blog! I love reading your daily posts.

  78. We have four kids – three of which are boys. So, I would have to say the dirtiest part of our house is usally the boys’ bathroom EEK! I would use these supplies to tackle some spring cleaning throughout the house. thanks

  79. i have a 5 year old son, a manchild/husband, and a 2 year old daughter (who is potty training, and constantly says “I do it all myself, which doesn’t mix well w/ bathroom business) So yes, I’d say i REALLY need to win πŸ™‚

  80. Becky Williams says:

What a great giveaway! Hands down the biggest cleaning challenge in the house is the basement AKA “MAN CAVE”! This would be a wonderful and much needed win! πŸ™‚

  81. Angie Mae says:

ugh, the bathroom…. def the worst room in the house!

Let me clarify–the guest bathroom… where we also keep our litter boxes *yikes* πŸ™‚

  82. Bathrooms & floors! πŸ™‚

  83. melissa n says:

I’d have to say the bathroom is the one place that needs a good cleaning – I can’t stand doing the shower, adn the chemicals make me sick. So, my husband gets that job, lol.

  84. Patricia says:

I would love to win those. My hubby uses the scrubby ones all the time. His birthday is April 25. hahaha

  85. I find the kitchen the hardest to keep looking really clean…lime and water stains around the sink and faucet and the splatters and build-up on the stove-top!

  86. oooo I love these cleaning supplies,,,,,,and I’d have to say the bathroom my sons use is the dirtiest shower/tub to clean!!! gritty dirt from there sports!!!

  87. Right now there’s a tie between the bathroom and the kitchen for “messiest room.” Both just need a good top-to-bottom scrub for Spring, so I would love to win the giveaway!

  88. Patricia says:

These products would be so helpful in my bathroom. I have arthritis and cannot kneel, so the tub and shower cleaner would be wonderful.

  89. These would be great! We need to do a complete Spring cleaning in our house! πŸ™‚

  90. Anytime that is something new to help clean with I want to try it. I would love to win this.

  91. janie dearien says:

my bath room is the dirtest I believe and these items look like they could handle it very well! I especially like the handle scrubber for the shower; I think that would make cleaning so much easier! thanks!

  92. Hi Rhoda. Wow I really love all these new products. What a great idea that nook and cranny cleaner is. My bathroom is the worse of course but the whole house inside and out could use a good spring cleaning.

    Have a beautiful Sunday…Tracy πŸ™‚

  93. I’ll take any help with the bathroom I can get! These Scotch-Brite products would certainly make the job faster! Now, if only I could get the hubby to help……

  94. I am all over anything that makes my life easier…..these products look like the ticket!

  95. I would love to win the cleaning supplies. My sons’ bathroom is definitely the worst room in the house!

  96. The dirtiest place in the house is my husband’s bathroom. I don’t go in there. About once every 3 years he will clean it. I still won’t go in and of course, definitely won’t use it.

I think it may be coming up on the anniversary of the last time he cleaned it so winning the prizes would come in handy and really see if they can handle the worst of the worst.

  97. Thalla-marie says:

Pick me! Pick me! Kitchen is by far the dirtiest part of the house.

  98. It would have to be the kitchen. With 4 very young grandchildren visiting frequently…it’s spring cleaning every time they leave!LOL Thanks for the super giveaway. Warm Regards, Patricia

  99. Hi Rhoda,

With Spring in the air, who doesn’t feel like adding some extra sparkle and shine to the home? I love me a fresh house!

    jnjdavenport@yahoo.com

  103. Well, I love my scotch brite dual scubber, so I’d love to win these products since cleaning is in my life everday. I have 3 son’s and my 14 and 16 year old, share a bathroom. Their bathroom is the dirtiest room in our home hands down! It gets cleaned twice a week! They clean it on the weekends and I clean it once during the week.

  104. I’m so embarrassed to admit it, but the children’s potty- my son is 4 (need I say more?!).

  105. Our upstairs bathroom is the worse area of our house. Since no one but family members use it I dont’ clean it as much as I should.

these tools would help in that area. maybe I could even get the husband on board with cleaning :()

  106. We’re moving soon to a home with tile and grout that definitely needs lots of help. This would be great for me to do lots of clean up. Thanks for the opportunity.

  107. I sure could use the tool with the handle,, my back is full of screws and rods and it’s so hard to reach in the shower…
not sure if I did this right..or where to leave the comment…lol
but, I would love all the cleaning tools…
    thanks
    Sandy

  108. I would love to be included!

  109. Rhoda! What a blessing those tools would be right now!! We are spiffing up our home to list for sale so there are many projects to complete! The long handled tool would sure help to reach the high tile and grout in our bathroom but they would all certainly get a workout!!
    Georgia

  111. Oh that bath and shower scrubber looks amazing! I HATE soap scum!!
