A Virtual Progressive Backyard BBQ

Hi, friends, summer is definitely here and we are grilling out more and more these days. Our best meals are the ones with grilled meat aren’t they? I’m not wanting to turn on the oven as much when it’s this hot, so always looking for easy meals that are delicious too. Today I’m joining a great group of gals and we are doing a virtual BBQ so you can go from blog to blog and get ideas for summer meals. Hope you enjoy this progressive BBQ dinner today!

These all look and sound delicious so I can’t wait to check them all out. Grilled steak with chimichurri sauce sounds so good to me and that’s our first stop today. Be sure and visit everyone, so your meal will be complete.

Peaches are in season and I’m glad to see those on the menu. I just bought peaches at a Blue Ridge market and we are so enjoying them.

My mandarin orange salad is one I’ve shared before, but it’s so good and easy to put together for a summer salad using canned mandarin oranges. The dressing is really good too, so check it out!

Click below for my salad recipe!
