There are 2 giveaways closing out this weekend, so go over HERE to see the very lucky winners!

BIG CONGRATS to both of you! 🙂

I’m back from a fun weekend in Atlanta, visiting my family and also some of my old friends.  Went to a special surprise birthday party for a dear friend of mine and caught up with others I haven’t seen in awhile.  I’ll share some of the fun shopping spots me and my sister hit while I was there, as well some exciting updates of decorating at my sister’s house.  I also got to meet up with a sweet blogger that many of you know too and went to her house, so come on back this week for all the highlights.

I have just been introduced to your blog by my sister. We had so much fun yesterday going to so many antique/junk/thrity stores looking for items to complete a couple of your ideas. She has completed hers (white pumpkin with black initial) and sent me a pix message. They turned out so beautifully it makes me want to drop everything I’ve got to compete before going back to work tomorrow and work on mine.

I found your blog when I was researching painting my kitchen cabinets this past summer. I love your ideas and I have used your idea about framing my bathroom mirror. I work full time as an art teacher for our local public schools. I have been teaching 34 years and I’m closing in fast to 57. I would like to start a blog but just don’t have the time to keep up with it or the expertise. I follow you and a few others all the time, in fact Susan at BNOTP featured my black column on her Met Monday since I don’t have a blog. Can’t wait to see your holiday rooms. Thanks for such nice “eye candy”

I was following you but your website changed and I couldn’t find you again. I wanted to comment or e-mail but couldn’t find out how to do it. Enjoy your blog. I am retired and 78 and
still like to decorate, shop, travel, etc. I would like to get your
    e-mails. Thanks, Goldie
