Apple-Cream Cheese Bundt Cake

In the September Southern Living, on the cover in fact, is a beautiful apple cake with cream cheese inside.  It is delish!  My mom has made it a few times already this Fall and Winter and it’s definitely a keeper.  File it away in the recipes.

It’s in the September issue of Southern Living and the recipe is online (click that link to see more).

Southern Living Apple Cream Cheese Cake

Beautiful presentation and delicious taste.

Southern Living Apple Cake

If you love apple cakes, you will love this one.  Anything with cream cheese is a winner in my book!

I know I share a lot of sweets, but that seems to be what we gravitate to this time of year.  Many are probably on diets, but you can bookmark this one for later!

Looks delish!!! Paula Deen has a good one, too. I made it one time for a charity silent auction, and it sold for $65.00. That made me feel pretty good.

I made this cake for our church’s fall bazaar, and the person who bought it told me it was delicious! I know, it was kind of risky making a new recipe for an event like this, but when I looked at the directions, it looked pretty foolproof. This post is making me want to pull out the recipe and make it today.

Rhoda, looks delicious. Darn you, it’s my first challenge of 2012 to eat healthier. If I’m good for a month I’m making this!

Wow! If I wasn’t trying to count every calorie that goes into my mouth, I’d be making this today. My husband will thank me that I didn’t…he could eat the whole thing. I’ll file it away. Thanks!

I definitely indulged a bit too much over the holidays and my pants are fitting a wee snugly, but that cake looks delish! I’ll have to bookmark it for later. Thanks for sharing.

Yum! I will file this one, too. Yet, I must ask you Rhoda how you keep such a trim figure with loving sweets?! Any secrets you care to share? 🙂

Oh my goodness, yes apples, cake and cream cheese don’t think it could be bad if I tried. I’ll file this one away for the next time I have company for dinner.

Seeing this on the cover is what made me buy the magazine. I made the cake too and it was divine tasting as well as beautiful.

I love any sort of bundt cake, and this one is especially beautiful. I’ll have to try this when I have a little extra time. I’m so excited about the upcoming feature series over at Cupcakes and Candy Canes – featuring Southern Hospitality tomorrow!

    Thanks
