Hey there! Â A few weeks ago, I finally made it to the new Ballard Designs flagship store here in Atlanta. It did not disappoint! Â Ballard has been a go-to store for me to browse in (and online) since their corporate headquarters are here in Atlanta and I’ve loved shopping their outlet store in Roswell. Â I’ve found some killer deals in there over the years!
The brand new store is on Chattahoochee Ave. off Howell Mill Rd. if you’re in the area and haven’t been. Â Ballard Designs started as a catalog and has expanded over the years, so now they are online and have several stores across the country. Â If you have one in your area, have you been?
Enjoy the pretty photos! Â Ballard always does an outstanding job with store displays and vignettes showcasing their products. This isn’t sponsored in any way, just wanted to share the new store with y’all!
Hope you enjoyed this tour of the new Ballard Designs flagship store! Â I can’t wait to go again!
Beautiful pictures. We have a Ballard Outlet Store near us & I have only been there one time. I need to go back. I have a question, if you don’t mind. I need new lamp finials and can’t find much online. Do you happen to know of an online source for those? Always enjoy your Blog and I go to it first everyday.
Try eBay. Found some fabulous ones there.
Hi, Linda, thanks you! I don’t really have a source for lamp finials. I would think online would have many of them, but you say no?
I found some nice ones on Etsy.
Linda, our local lamp shade store has so many beautiful ones. I bet yours does too.
Pat
Thanks Ana Maria, Mary & Pat. I’m sure I will find what I need with your suggestions.
So pretty! I wish we had Ballard stores here in British Columbia. I love all their blue and white porcelain pieces. What was the seashell piece in the first picture? A light fixture?
Yes, that’s a light fixture, very dramatic isn’t it?
I have two childhood friends who live in the Atlanta area, one in Johns Creek, and the other in Cumming. They have been begging me to come visit. Now I know I need to book a flight soon! Love seeing all the pretty ginger jars!

Hi, Susan, yes you would enjoy the shopping around here!
You did a wonderful job showcasing the Ballard’s Flagship store! I spied several things I loved especially the faux bamboo console. The next time I am in your area I will definitely check it out.
Looks as though definitely worth a trip into Atlanta. Thanks for sharing. Showing my age, but my favorite Ballard pieces are those I acquired back when Helen Ballard was still running the company. That woman could curate!
HI, Jae, yes she has great taste! I’m sure it’s changed a lot over the years, but I always enjoy going in there.
I’m pretty sure I could *live* in that store.
Love all the blue&white pieces. I get their catalog since there are no stores nearby. Thanks for sharing.
Is this at the same location on Chattahoochee Ave. where they’ve been? Maybe they just redid everything. Looks nice.
Hey, Sally, they moved down the street to another bigger warehouse location, all renovated.
We have a Ballard Outlet nearby in Cincinnati and have purchased a number of pieces at fantastic prices there. I pretty much lose my mind every time I go there. I once drove down the Interstate with my check engine light on dressed in an “I just rolled out of the gutter “ outfit in order to get to Ballard 5 minutes before closing because I learned after calling twice the same day that bar stools I wanted finally came in stock… and they will only hold items a couple hours …the bar stools worked out great and the crazy trip was worth it for the savings. Love Ballard and lucky to have one here!
HI, Lori, I just had a mental picture of that trip! And sounds like something I would do for a deal! So glad you got your barstools.
I’ve only been to this store once and the outlet store in Roswell once. I would go to the store on DeFoor before they built this new store at least a couple of times per year and have gotten their catalog for years. It is my adult “Wish Book”!
I live less than 2 miles from the Roswell store, nice to be able to pop in but have also discovered I don’t as often as I should
