Beadboard Party Coming Soon!

beadboard party

It’s official, let’s have a beadboard wallpaper party! Sounds like many of you have done projects with it too and I’d love to showcase them all in one spot.  In case you missed MY beadboard wallpaper project, click here to see what I did to my kitchen cabinets in June.

So, get your party hats on and your projects ready for Tuesday, September 22nd.  That’s 3 weeks away, so should give you plenty of time to get things ready.  Who knows, I just might have another one done by then. We are going to the beach the week of the 14th, so I decided to wait until I return to have the party.

Can’t wait to see what all of you have done too! I’m sort of a lame button maker, but I think this will do. 🙂  Feel free to take it and share it on your blog too if you’d like and link back to this post, so others can find out about the party.

No better time than Fall to have a party!

If the area you wanted to use the paper on is painted a rather dark color, do you think it’s thick enough that you wouldn’t need to paint over the area first?

This will be interesting. I imagine that beadboard wallpaper is a lot easier to work with (and cheaper, too). I’m looking forward to see the creative ideas…

How fun! I’m working on a coffee table with beadboard right now, but it’s not the wallpaper type, though. 🙁 I’ll be looking forward to seeing what everyone has done with their wallpaper!

Is this just for the *wallpaper* beadboard or the real stuff too?

I went back and looked at the project you did and that’s amazing, Ive never seen that before. It looks like the real thing. Ive never even heard of that before.

Ive got to look around and see if there is someplace to do that around here…hmmmm….

I’ll play!! I just used this wallpaper on the fronts of all my kitchen cabinets (they were boring oak) then pained them all white. Opps, no-one I painted black….I love this stuff!!!
