I sure hope you all are not tired of book giveaways yet. I seem to be getting lots of good ones. To be honest, I really had no idea about the popularity of Cabbages and Roses or Christina Strutt, for that matter. But, when I was sent an email to ask if I wanted to receive a copy of her new book, At Home with Country, for myself to keep and review and a giveaway to one of my readers, I just knew it would be a good fit with all of you too.

I just had to say more about your last post! LAURA TREVEY IS AN OUTSTANDING ARTIST!!!!!!! She did a watercolor JUST FOR ME for my Kichen And I am so very proud of it. She is a fantastic artist BUT SHE ALSO SHOWCASES other artists each day!!! Laura Knows how much I like her work. I also bought a print for a friend that is building a house in Sarasota and would love to have original work in her house!!!

I was not familiar with that blog or Cabbages and Roses, but it looks like a book that I would enjoy b/c it reminds me of the pages of Country Living magazine, my favorite magazine, even though it’s not my style. Something a/b it feels ‘homey’. Congrats on being chosen to do the book review.
