Back in May, I was in Madison GA on their spring home tour and I took so many pictures, so wanted to share more of the charming historic homes in Madison. If you enjoy seeing small town charm, you will love these homes. I don’t have any context for them but just pretend you’re walking down the streets and lanes of this Southern small town and enjoy the tour. Some are big and stately. Some are small and humble, but they all have character. I can imagine that Madison is a great small Georgia town to live in and they all seem proud of their town. I can definitely see why. They do strive to protect the historical homes and that’s a good thing! Enjoy!

such lovely southern home, but I notice all the porches are missing one important thing that Southern homes are known for “Southern Charm” with a color and beautiful porch. Looks like a job for a porch decorator. Anyone else notice?
I just love old fashioned homes like these. They do have one thing in common, the big front porches. I love a big front porch love sitting on one with a good cup of coffee.
