Come along as I share ideas on how to make your front porch festive for the Christmas season. This year, I added a beautiful fresh magnolia wreath and magnolia garland and it sure does bring a lot of festiveness to our front porch. We’ll also look at the simple touches on the foyer table, which I kept to a minimum this year. It took me longer to decorate everything this year, but I got it done and we are enjoying all the twinkle lights this month.

First we’ll take a look at the nighttime view of our house. I love the sparkle that lights bring. We didn’t get around to adding the window wreaths this year, maybe next year.

I usually do the same things out here and I did the hanging ornaments again. It’s easy and cute!

I absolutely love the magnolia wreath and garland that was gifted to me this year from The Magnolia Company. If you haven’t see their products, definitely take a look. They wrote to me this season, so I said yes to fresh magnolia wreath and garland.

Isn’t it gorgeous? This is the Merry Magnolia wreath and I love the plaid ribbon and red pomegranates. It’s so well made and should last until January with the colder weather we are having.

I brought up my lighted tree in the urn which adds a lot of sparkle to the front porch too.

Another moment for this beautiful wreath! She’s a beauty!

As always, I added Mark’s childhood sled that he has kept. I love the nostalgic touch it gives along with ice skates.

Front porches are a welcoming spot to decorate for Christmas.

Come on in!

Last year, I bought some new Norfolk pine garland and used it on the stairs and I really love it. It softly drapes and I swagged it this time and added bits of ribbon that I’ve had for a long time. It’s not prelit, so I added lights. If you’d like to check out the garland I ordered, you can find it here on Amazon. The prices this year are better than I paid last year. I got the 9′ lengths and I think mine are the bright green. That wasn’t an option last year.

A big bow and those cowbells are always a nice touch.

I have some beautiful glass ornaments that look pretty on the railing.

I always love to see them up.

Mark’s vintage blow mold Santa is a fun addition to the top of the column. He loves his old blow molds! This one is the real deal.

On the foyer table, I kept it simple and neutral with greenery, candle lights and reindeer.

It just feels good to keep this table simple and pretty.

These candles are all remote controlled so I can turn them on and off easily. Those are vintage ornaments sitting inside those greenery picks. These are the remote controlled votives I use in the little mercury glass holders and on the reindeer antlers. We’ve had those other wax remote candles awhile now and I’ve lost track of where we bought them, but I’m sure it was Amazon too.

They look so pretty at night all lit up. And that’s a look at the front porch and foyer this year. I’ll be back to share more soon of the rest of my Christmas decor. I hope you all are enjoying all the fun and festiveness of this month. It sure goes fast. We have a few fun things planned this month so I’ll share some of those with you too. Enjoy the season!

So pretty. Puts me to shame.
Your magnolia wreath is just beautiful!
Everything looks beautiful especially the railing. I like the light airiness of your decor. God bless
Your decorations are beautiful. I especially love the candles, ornaments and greenery on the foyer table. I’m glad that you are getting around well after your hip surgery. Hope your birthday was wonderful!!!
