Hey there friends! I’m back today with more Christmas decor, joining another blog tour with so many other talented bloggers. You’ll have a chance to really be inspired by checking them all out. Today, I’m sharing our entry way, foyer and family room. It’s so fun to add Christmas cheer to all these areas and have the house all lit up. I just love lights all around, don’t you?
Big thanks to Amy and Christy from 11 Magnolia Lane for putting this tour together, they do a great job!
If you’re dropping by from 2 Ladies and a Chair, welcome to you! I’m a long time blogger, going on 12 years now, and have dearly loved my time online. It’s hard to believe this is my 12th Christmas online. It gets a little difficult trying to come up with new ideas every year, but I stay true to my style and don’t change everything out every year. I have many treasured things that I love to use year after year.

I’m happy to share that Lynch Creek Farm is sponsoring this blog hop and we all have wreaths to share on our blogs. I have a gorgeous wreath to share with you and it looks beautiful on our black front door. And here’s some great news for one of you! Lynch Creek is giving away one of the same wreaths I have on my door, the Majestic Magnolia. It’s gorgeous! I know you would love it. Keep reading to find out how you can win one too!
GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED

Isn’t it so pretty? I’ll be sharing more of my porch later on too, the lanterns and red bell are from Tractor Supply Trisha Yearwood collection, so I’ll tell you more about those next week.
The fresh garland around the door is also from Lynch Creek Farm and they have the most beautiful live garlands and wreaths that ship directly to your door.

That wreath is just amazing and looks so good with my Merry Christmas letters I’ve had for years.

Let’s go inside! Welcome!

Coming in our front door, I have the stair banister all decorated with garland and lights.

This is a faux garland, but I added these gorgeous bells a couple of years ago. You can find them here if you’re interested, I recommend them all the time now. Adding a bit of fresh magnolia gives me that Southern look I love. And a black and white striped ribbon finishes it off. I love black and white all year long!

I lined the garland with these gorgeous gold and silver sparkly large ornaments and they really are a show stopper coming in the door.

Those three sparkly gold grapevine stars at the top of the stairs I’ve had for over 20 years and they are still going strong. One of them didn’t cooperate for the photo.

I love our stairway at Christmas, such a fun spot to decorate.

Looking back towards the front door, you can see our foyer table on the right. It’s another fun spot to decorate for the seasons.

To the right of the front door is our living room. I’ve decorated this space and the dining room in shades of teal and navy and our colorful Shiny Brite tree is the star of the space this year. I just love how it turned out this year with new ribbon on the tree. I’ll be sharing more of the tree later next week, but needless to say, I’m pretty smitten with the tree this year!

Moving back to the foyer table, it’s a great spot for Christmas cheer and I love figuring out what I’m going to do with it every year.

I went neutral for the most part and this Merry Christmas sign (from Between You and Me signs) is one that I love to bring out every year. The sentiment is sweet and simple.

I added a long dough bowl filled with sparkly mercury glass ornaments and a lighted strand of mercury glass bulbs around the sign. A little faux snow and fresh greens adds just the right touch. I found that pretty mercury glass bead garland on sale at Michaels this year.

Below, I added some mercury glass trees I’ve had forever, along with candle holders with battery powered candles. Love those things!

I did find a new snowy branches tree at a local shop in Acworth this year and thought it was a good spot to add it here on the foyer table. I have plenty of sparkly silver and white ornaments to hang off the tree and I just love it.

Those faux paperwhites I’ve had for a long time too and I love pulling them out at Christmas. They have cranberries around the edges. Below you’ll see a few things in my house that I’m sharing with affiliate links, including that large candle in the hurricane lantern. It’s faux, but wax and has a remote, looks so real. It was in my Fave things post last week and many of you bought it already:

Moving on to the family room, this is the hub of our home and where we spend a lot of time. Mark just added gas logs in our fireplace and we are really going to enjoy those this year.

I keep things simple in here with faux garlands, a few of those white ceramic houses from Target and those pretty deer are new, I’ll be sharing those with you next week. Those cypress trees are so fun and I love using them in so many seasons.

On the coffee table, I added one of my cloches with a winter scene underneath. I just love the simpleness of these cloches with candlelight and bottlebrush trees.

Great little addition to the coffee table.

This is where we spend time watching TV in the evening with the fire going now.

I haven’t shared my bamboo shelf I got a couple of months ago at a local antique store, Queen of Hearts on Sandy Plains. I turned the corner and there it was and it was love at first sight! I was so happy to find it for a good price and it’s the perfect spot to house all my plants. I love my real plants and in the Winter months especially I need somewhere to keep them near the light. I just added a few Christmas touches on the shelves and it’s a fun little addition to our family room.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I’m so glad you did and I hope you’ll stop on over and visit the rest of these ladies on the tour. They will all go live each day, so if the links are not up when you click, come back and visit later. I’ll get them all updated as they go live each day.

I like the 3Cedars wreath. Nice giveaway.
Burgundy Deluxe.
Thank you and Merry Christmas.
I just love the Bronze Magnolia wreath. It is just so beautiful and would really welcome guests into our home!
Beautiful, Rhoda! I love this house so much……it has good lighting from windows. Lisa & I use to talk about homes & decorating when walking & good lighting from windows always was key to her. I agree. My house on the lake had great windows & my next one hopefully will too. Your home is Christmas ready!
Well, the Green English Holly is beautiful, but they ALL are!!! I would hang my wreath proudly on my front door! Thank you!
I am in love with the Holiday Pick up wreath. So so darling.
It would be perfect on the entrance way wall. I would like to see it in my home.
I am unable to put thing on the door (association instructions).
Your home is absolutely beautiful. Love the the King of the Forest but all their wreaths are so pretty!! I will need to check out our local Tractor Supply for the Trisha Yearwood collection.
Your home is beautiful! The Majestic Magnolia wreath would look fabulous on my front door for the holiday season.

Just love the Evergreen Heart!
Thanks…Merry Christmas!
I would hang this awesome wreath over my fireplace. I do not have a wreath like that. I have looked at them in the stores….and they are so expensive. I am a pensioner and cannot afford one. I would love to win it. By the way….your house is just stunning as always! !
Since I live in the South, I would get the Magnolia wreath for my front door. Your home is beautiful!
Merry Christmas Rhoda! Your home looks so pretty and festive. My favorite wreath is the Majestic Magnolia where I know it would love to spend the holidays on our front door!!!
Thanks for sharing your beautiful home and Christmas decor! Gorgeous! My favorite wreath is the Winter Frost wreath. So pretty! Merry Christmas!
I love them all! Ok if I had to pick one it would be the plaid bow traditional one. I have a wall in my dining room that I usually hang a wreath. I love your holiday decor – traditional but beautiful. I love that you incorporate your past into it too with your collections and items from your childhood. I do the same too.
Hi Rhoda,
All of the wreaths are so beautiful it’s hard to choose, but I simply love the Majestic Magnolia you have on your front door. It’s classic, traditional, beautiful, and southern just like me! 🙂 I have a beautiful bauble ornament type wreath that I purchased new this year from Pier 1 for my front door, but I really need to update my back door as well as most all my guests are “back-door” guests. (You know what they say, “Back door guests are the best!”) Anyway, I’ve been using the same simple green wreaths with ribbon bows for years. I just upgrade the bows every couple of years. You can’t go wrong with a classic like that, but it would be a special treat to upgrade to the Majestic Magnolia this year. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Love the touch of fresh magnolia leaves! Thank you for sharing!
I love the rustic redbirds wreath.
So beautiful!
