It’s fall, so I got out my fall decor and splashed it around the house. I’ve never been a huge fall decorator, but blogging definitely keeps me on my toes and makes me do something even if I’m not in the mood. The weather is finally cooperating, so I was ready to put away the summer decor and bring out the fall. I’ll share the living room, foyer and dining room today and the rest next week. I hope you enjoy my nod to fall. It’s not all that splashy, but it works for us and will take me through til it’s time for Christmas decorating. I can’t even believe I’m talking about that already!

I keep it simple on the front porch and you’ve seen this all before, but here it is again. Simple orange pumpkins in lanterns with fall ribbon bows. I still love those faux boxwood topiaries I added last year. No more worries about dead plants!
I bought this fall wreath a couple years ago and added a few extras to it and it keeps on going.
I really don’t change out my pillows like most everyone else does, but I enjoy the ones I have every season.
With all the limelight blooms I have outside, they are perfect for bringing inside. Add a little blue owl and it’s a cute vignette for fall. I do enjoy adding a few things, but nothing overboard.
You’ll see my little sidekick, Daisy, in a lot of pictures. She followed me around as I did my photoshoot.
View to the dining room.
Looking at the stairs and foyer. Daisy waiting for the next move.
I do have fun with my foyer table and change it out with each season. Pumpkins, fall leaves in shades of autumns hues go a long ways toward a pretty fall vignette.
I love the pop of red orange leaves, all faux.
These little white faux pumpkins under a cloche are always fun to get out and use again.
Pottery I’ve had for years and a little oil painting I picked up in Round Top, TX years ago, are some of my tried and true faves this time of year.
Morning sunshine coming in the foyer always makes me happy.
There’s Daisy! You’ve seen the dining room a hundred times, but again, I enjoy decking it out for fall.
There’s nothing new here, but I use all my old faves. These bird plates I found years ago at Homegoods and I love their colors. Round basket from Homegoods too, one of my fave pieces.
These colors are just the best for fall.
My favorite lamps on the sideboard along with a simple dough bowl filled with fall items.
A mix of faux pears, pinecones, artichokes, acorns, feathers.
The table setting along with a fall runner.
A look back at the foyer table and that cute rattan bar cart.
I sure love a pretty table!
So many angles.
And one more sunshine look at the foyer table. I hope you enjoyed this fall home tour again this year. I know fall just explodes this time of year on blogs and Instagram, but I gave up years ago trying to keep up with them all. I just do my simple thing with what I’ve collected over the years and try to mix it up each season. That works well for me! Enjoy your own fall decorating, whether it’s simple or if you go all out! There’s no right or wrong, but we should all do what we feel comfortable with and some years may be more than others.
You can find some of my dining room items on the links below, so here they are for browsing:

Beautiful hall table with too much stuff. The lamp and mirror are enough.

I agree with Suzanne. My eye didn’t quite know where to look. All of the things are interesting but perhaps put some of the items elsewhere in the room.

Just enough touches to know it’s fall. So lovely !

Every thing is ready for fall…beautiful. I especially like the table runner. A cloth of sorts sets the stage for the next following beauty.

Beautiful all around. I love seeing what you do with your foyer table though out the year. Always a great mix. I change from year to year on how much I put out for fall. Last year we moved mid-season so I didn’t bother doing anything until Christmas.

Can you please give me the link to those lanterns? As it is, it just sends me to HSN in general. Thanks!
Rhoda says
Hi, Jan, unfortunately it looks like they are no longer available on the website or anywhere else that I could find. Such a shame! They are so pretty. The only thing I could find similar are these, but they are different sizes and my set is the same size:https://rstyle.me/+NILlxN1FHvww3KBTQxDtrg
