I hope you’re all getting ready for Christmas Day. We are going to be getting our families together and celebrating the most wonderful time of the year. I wish you all a peaceful and joyous Christmas.
Today on Fashion over 50/60, I’ve compiled a few leopard/animal print fashion items. I have always loved a touch of animal print and these are some fun things to add to your closet if you’re in the market. A sweater, belt, purse or shoes is a great way to infuse some fun energy to an outfit. Leopard print especially mixes so well with many clothing options.

Have a wonderful Christmas week! I’ll be back tomorrow with one more post before Christmas Day, Part 2 of Marc’s Christmas home tour!
Please don’t tell all of us over the internet about getting together with your family. There’s a pandemic. Many of us are following scientific advice and not gathering with anyone outside of our homes!
Don’t give up! Still too many lives at risk.
All states are not having the same rules ‘re gatherings for the holidays.and those making edicts are not abiding by their own rules.SO it is very difficult to determine how seriously they believe what they are espousing.i heard one question about comparing the death ratio of influenza with the Chinese plague and wondering why we did not shut down every year with flu.
Brenda, I have heard the same things. We all have to make decisions based on what we know and our families are willing to take the chances to see each other. How long will this go on with people staying away from all of their family members? I do not know what to believe anymore honestly, there are so many different versions out there. I think we all have to keep living our lives and this too shall pass. And I’ll be honest, I’m tired of all the judgemental people out there. If they want to stay locked in the house, that’s fine, but don’t expect us all to do that. We will not.
Hi Rhoda,
Merry Christmas to you and your family! Praying that you all have a wonderful day together. We will go to my Mom’s just 15 minutes away. So thankful to still have Mom on this earth. She’s 84 and so dear to my heart! My Dad passed away 6 years ago and we miss him so much. You never know when the last holiday will be the last. I know you feel the same about your parents. Love your blog and my favorite is the posts about family. Many blessings to you and yours and a fantastic 2021, Lisa
Hi Rhoda,
I agree with you about family get getting together. We all have to make decisions based on our knowledge of our family. My husband and I do still see our son, wife and grandson, about 2 hours away. We cancel get togethers if any of think us may have been exposed. The 6 of us think that family is very important and 3 of us are over 75. I limit my shopping to early or on line ordering. Don’t go out to eat, attend church on line but seeing family is a must.
