Fashion over 50: Looking to Spring with Talbots & Chicos

Spring is here in Georgia and I’ve been layering lately. I found some fun items from Chico’s and Talbot’s for you today and many are on sale. This is the perfect time of year for long sleeves and a light jacket and there are several to choose from. Of course, I love jeans and mixing them all up with different tops and jackets is a great way to layer and stay warm.

I love both of these brands for quality clothing, so you can find the links below. We are going to Italy in April, so I’ll be planning out my wardrobe soon and figuring out what I’m going to take. I’ll be sharing more about this trip soon too! All of these links are below in the shopping widget, just click through the pictures (affiliate links):

I also wanted to share some new jewelry with you that I recently was gifted. I just discovered Julie Vos jewelry on Instagram and she was generous to send me this beautiful gold plated jewelry to wear and I absolutely love it. It’s not cheap costume jewelry at all, but very nice quality and I hope you’ll check it out. It would make great gift ideas for women who love jewelry. I am trying to add more gold jewelry to my wardrobe since that looks better with my skintone. I’ve always loved gold jewelry and have a few pieces of the real thing, but these gold plated pieces from Julie Vos are just stunning. I’ll be wearing this new stone, Capri Blue with so many things in my closet. Isn’t it gorgeous?

I love that this stone goes with so many things in my closet and sort of matches my blue eyes! It’s definitely collectible jewelry.

Another company I worked with recently and was gifted this bracelet is Gona Jewelry. This is also gold plated and I think reasonably priced and they are known for their charm bracelets. Their flagship store is in Paris and I love the way these bracelets look. With a safety chain to keep things safe and in place, you can add so many charms and fill up a bracelet. Check out Gona Jewelry for another alternative to a gold charm bracelet that’s affordable and can be added onto. I really like this one too! Mine is called the Queen’s Garden charm bracelet and I may add more to it as well.

That’s all I have this week, thank you for stopping by!

The Gona Jewelry is Gorgeous, I love it!! I wanted to tell you if Mark needs collared shirts (what do you call these? They’re almost dress shirts) Walmart has very nice men’s shirts right now for $22 made by Chaps in Oxford cloth in summer colors. I got 5 for me, I love to wear men’s shirts, a little big, with capris around the house all summer.

HI, I am going with a tour group. I’ll be sharing that soon, but it’s EF Go Ahead Tours. We’re going to Naples, the Amalfi Coast and Rome.
