Say hello to Kim with Hunt and Host from Texas. She’s a brand new, less than a year old blogger and I just love what I see of her and her house.  She’s also a Christian and I love what I read of how she expresses her heart and how it relates to home.  She’s a hunter and gatherer (just like so many of us) and loves fixing up a pretty home on a budget.
She and her hubby (and 3 kiddos) bought a 1951 fixer upper that had been on the market for over a year. Â The way she describes it, they should have never even thought about buying it, but they saw a good deal and decided it was worth it to renovate and renovate they did.
I love it and I know you will too. Â Older homes like this have so much character.
I just want to put these pretty pics out there and let you take it all in. You can see this is a great Before and After story and I love those!
With a cute dog like this, you know you will love Kim and her home.
One more thing, the kitchen was a complete gut job, but that Dutch door is original to the house. Â Adorable!
And another thing….I’m in love with those light fixtures above. Aren’t they just gorgeous?! Â And that marble countertop too.
I love Kim’s solution for spray paint storage.
Wasn’t that fun to see? Â I know you will love Kim’s blog, Hunt and Host, so head on over and say hello!
Loved it!
Great transformation! Her home has so much personality. I look forward to Feature Friday every week Rhoda. Thanks so much!

Beautiful transformation. Love her choice of colors.
Love all the renovations that Kim made to her home! I am such a fan of blue and I see she is too! We have renovated three houses over the years and I know how much work it takes, but also how much joy it gives! Thanks for sharing!
