Feature Friday: Marc Jones Christmas House Tour Part 2

Merry Christmas!

I knew you all would love touring Marc’s new house and you really let him know that, so welcome back to Part 2 of his Christmas house all decorated for the Holidays. Marc is a master talent at mixing it all up in his home and making you feel so festive with all the details adorning every nook and cranny. It’s so pretty and inspiring!

Enjoy this second part and if you missed Part 1, go there first and catch up.

We’re going upstairs today to tour the bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs, as well as 2 extra bedrooms and the laundry room. This is the landing at the top of the stairs.

Marc has one of those vintage ceramic trees too which is bigger than ours. It’s so cute on this vintage bamboo stand. I noticed a few neat bamboo pieces at Marc’s house.

The laundry room has had Christmas added too.

Master bedroom

Such a pretty display of Winter linens.

Master bathroom

Guest Room 1, a lovely mix of blue and white and the additional red is such a nice touch for Christmas.

Guest bath

Guest bedroom 2

Marc had this screened porch added on after he moved in. It was a small concrete patio and he enlarged that and had the entire porch added. It’s such a nice addition to his home.

I love Marc’s porch and I know he enjoys having this outdoor space all year round.

HIs backyard backs up to the Corps of Engineer property just like our neighborhood and Lake Allatoona is behind him as well. It’s a great backyard and just enough to take care of. Of course, Marc added Christmas cheer out here too.

I’m so glad you all love Marc’s home and Christmas decor as much as I do and I’m happy to share it with all of you. You can find Marc at his page on Facebook, so go over and follow him there. He will be happy to answer any questions for you, I’m sure!

Merry Christmas to you all!

I loved seeing the rest of the house — it’s so beautiful and Christmassy. When I saw the master bedroom, my first thought was “oh, a gentleman lives here.” Old fashioned term, I know, but it felt fitting. I think my favorite part was the backyard. No one ever decorates back there, but I picture people sitting outside around a fire or seeing the decortions from the back of the house. What a great idea!

Marc’s home … and holiday decorating … are incredible. I’m in love with the tree in the master bedroom … it’s so slim and fits perfectly. What a wonderful talent he has for creating a welcoming holiday home. xo

Rhoda, thank you for sharing this Christmas tour of Marc’s new house! I really like his decorating style, especially his use of different colors and textures, and how he mixes antiques with more contemporary pieces. For one example, the placement of that antique wash stand in the master bathroom… love it! This has given me some good ideas I’d like to try. Thank you!
Christmas blessings to you and your whole family!
