Hi there friends!  Hope you are all gearing up for a fun long weekend. We sure are! Not doing all that much, but hoping to get a few things done around the house and relax as well.

Today’s Feature Friday is a very talented lady from Washington State, Summer Adams Designs. I’m not sure how long Summer has been blogging, but I saw her first on Instagram and she always has such pretty pictures.  Now a warning, Summer decorates very much with white in her home and I know everyone has opinions on that subject, but her style is very elegant and pretty, even with little color.  We all have styles and tastes and there is room for all in decorating, so even if white isn’t your thing, I think you’ll enjoy these beautiful pictures.

So, I hope you enjoy the tour!

Summer and her family moved from TX to the Pacific Northwest and built a new home about a year ago, so they are still getting settled in.  Their home is Craftsman style and Summer made this wreath as a welcome to her front door.  So pretty!

Insde the foyer, Summer’s accent colors are blush and blue and they really are pretty.

I know Summer has kids so you might wonder how she keeps all this white clean, it looks sparkling.

Family room in soothing shades of white and gray with accents of blue and pink.

Look at that little cutie!

What a beautiful home Summer has created.

Looking towards the kitchen and eating area.

Summer uses lots of gold accents, which really look great with white.

Fresh flowers make everything prettier.

There’s summer setting a pretty table.

Her soothing office is cozy and elegant.

Master bathroom with a little pink accent.

Another bathroom I think is her kids’ bath.

Out back is a beautiful table on the patio, ready for summer entertaining.

More fresh flowers in blues and pinks.  Isn’t it all so pretty?!

I hope you enjoyed this tour of Summer’s Pacific Northwest home, she has it looking so elegant and glam with all those gorgeous touches!  Stop by and say hello to Summer and check out her blog, I know she would love that!

Beautiful home, soothing colors. I do like a bit more color for me. The one negative I see is the TV being so high up I can’t see that as being comfortable to watch.

Thank you, Susan! TV’s above mantel’s are never my first choice. We had a home a few years ago where the TV was much higher than this and it was horrible! This height actually seems to feel just fine. Although, we have a large bonus/media room and that is where we really feel most comfortable and relax to watch TV. I prefer that one. But this is always nice, being able to cook in the kitchen and watch a show at the same time. 😉 Wait ’till you see the color we are adding for the summer! I think you’ll like it! xoxo

Normally, I’m a “color” person, but wow is this gorgeous! I love the blush pinks and pale blues. Since the Pacific Northwest is often gray, I can truly appreciate a white, light-filled interior. Summer is as beautiful as her home! Even love that sweet pup. A+++. Love it!

Oh my goodness, THANK YOU, Roxanne! How sweet of you! Yes, I love all this white because even on the gloomiest and grayest days here in the PNW, I walk into my home and it’s bright and happy. I was hesitant to go all white but sooooo glad I did! Thanks so very much for your kind words. They made my day! Take care! xoxo

Very soft and pretty! I don’t think it would last a day with my family (and dog), but it is really lovely! Happy Memorial Day weekend!

Hahaha I totally get it! When we got these sofas, we had to retrain our 14 year-old Yorkie he couldn’t sit on them, but only allowed everywhere else. He is not happy about it lol! But he’s being obedient! Poor little guy probably feels robbed! ;-p Thanks for your kind words! xoxo
