Feature Friday: TDA Decorating & Designs

Today’s Feature Friday is another blogger who I’ve recently discovered, Tricia with TDA Decorating and Designs. She’s a busy mom of 4, who lives in Utah and started her own home-based interior decorating company.  With her love of design and constant rearranging, shopping and repurposing, she’s a whiz at making over spaces.  They have lived in their current house since 2013 and have made some stunning changes in so many areas, including flooring, kitchen, and much more.  You’ll have to look at the Before pics to see the amazing changes!

It’s a beautiful exterior traditional brick with stucco accents.  Love the rock along the driveway, a very welcoming home.

The house wasn’t old, but Tricia has updated so many things in the house, including new wood flooring and she even rebuilt her stair banister with some Craftsman details.

Board and batten was added to what was the dining room and made into a living room.

The family room is cozy and inviting as well with leather furniture.

The fireplace was given a makeover with herringbone marble tile.

An office area with board and batten is lovely.

More built in bookcases in the office space.

The kitchen got a huge makeover (you’ll have to see the Before pics on this!).  It turned out gorgeous and of course, I love a nice white kitchen.

The details on the crown molding is just stunning and those rustic shelves are a show stopper.

Those details just make this kitchen.

The desk area got a revamp too and it’s so current and stylish now.

A boy’s bedroom is cute and appealing in red, white and blue.

The master bedroom has plenty of light coming in for a cozy retreat.

Downtstairs in the basement, a full kitchen has been renovated with wood-look tile on the floor.

And a guest bath down there has been updated as well.
