I’m back with another fun blogger today. Lindsay, with The White Buffalo Styling Company has a very eclectic style and I love what she’s done with her sweet cottage home in urban downtown Greenville, SC. She dubs her style Country Modern Bohemian and she’s a definite mix of styles. Today, anything goes and we are all free to express our decorating style in whatever way makes us happy. I love how Lindsay has expressed her style. She’s knocked down walls and created the cutest cottage home with white walls, rustic beams, and a flair with accessories. It’s definitely not boring nor does it look like every other house. Lots of colors and textures.
Here’s Lindsay, looking chic and stylish. These younger bloggers have got it going on.
She lives in a smaller cottage home, but it’s packed with style. Her front room with the white painted brick has lots of texture and color added. She loves mid-century modern and graphic patterns.
Lots of plants add so much to the space.
They added faux wood beams to their home and opened up a wall into the kitchen. Of course, I love the dark wood floors with the white walls. That’s a mix I happen to enjoy.
Another look at the sitting area with tribal rug.
She’s got lots of color going in the family room too with a tufted leather sofa and patterned rug with deeper colors.
A built in bookcase looks so stylish and gorgeous. Love those sconce lights that she added, which are outdoor lights from Home Depot.
Here’s the wall they opened up and added the dark wood beams to create an open concept space.
The kitchen got open shelving and lots of changes too. Love it!
That pretty turquoise island and the patterned rug is just beautiful.
A rustic dining table with eclectic mix of chairs.
With board and batten walls and a rustic wood headboard, which I’m sure Lindsay made, creates a restful master retreat. I love the punch of color on the nightstand and rug.
Lindsay has a wonderful way with vignettes.
More rustic wood in the master bathroom with double sinks.
She got really innovative on those hanging sconces, which are something from a camper that she made into lighting. Very clever!
Mudroom wall with a reclaimed wood shelf with hooks.
Her office is a mix with some pretty fabrics, white desk, and cowhide rug.
The outdoor patio area got a beautiful makeover too, with sideboard and mirror for entertaining. Ill
I adore this pergola with outdoor seating and rustic logs for coffee tables. What a serene backyard this is. I hope you enjoyed the tour of Lindsay’s cute adorable cottage. I sure did and love Lindsay’s eclectic style. As always, I hope you’ll go over for a visit to the White Buffalo Styling Company.
I will be heading to Asheville, NC today for the weekend, speaking about decorating at the Becoming conference. I’ll share it when I get back!  Â
I love her style too. Most of all I love the story about her beautiful Great Dane.
WOW! What great style she has. Love the bookcases!
Love her rugs, especially her office area. Very unique home.
Ahhh!!! I adore Lindsay and I am headed to the Becoming conference today, too!!
What a fun and interesting house! Will check out the blog too.
What a beautiful individualised home. I love the kitchen island!
Thanks for sharing, Rhoda.
Lindsay’s home is very eclectic and I really like it. The rugs and lighting fixtures (all of them) are very creative. My favorite is the pink light in the master bedroom. Thank you for sharing her home with us.
Have a wonderful time at the conference.
I am addicted to Blogs so I am super excited to now follow one from Greenville, SC. That’s where I live. Thanks for introducing me to Lindsey.
Of all the blogs I read nightly, you are still my favorite. Thanks for posting nearly everyday.
Thanks for introducing me to Lindsay and her creatively decorated home. I am really crushing on that blue and white rug in the bedroom so I’m heading over to her blog to see if I can find out where she got it!
I absolutely adore the lighting over the bookcases. How creative!
What a cool home, it is rustic but has a really trendy vibe about it. I love the way she has mixed her decor to make a very interesting look.
