Feature Friday: Thistle Hill Ranch

I have a brand new Feature Friday for you today. I found Jennifer with Thistle Hill Ranch on Instagram awhile ago and admired her beautiful farmhouse in TX, so she agreed to be featured on the blog this week. You’re going to love this home in Whitesboro, TX and the views are amazing. Jennifer is a talented designer and the inside of the farmhouse is just stunning as well, so I know you’re going to enjoy this home and countryside. She was recently featured in Country Home magazine.

{Jennifer & family from Country Home magazine}

They have a guest house that’s listed on Air BnB, so anyone can book a stay at the ranch and they are also working on booking weddings soon in their cute chapel that was recently moved on the property as well as a wedding party barn. They have quite the place, so wait until you see it all! The guest house was built by the previous owners as their retirement home, on the last of the acreage of the family farm settled in the 1850’s. Jennifer and her family built their current farmhouse 3 years ago.

Wasn’t that just stunning? I knew you’d all love seeing Jennifer’s Thistle Hill Ranch, it’s so idyllic and picturesque out in the countryside of Texas.

Have a great weekend!

    A beautiful country setting. I’m widowed, if I ever marry again I’ll be looking for a country gentleman. I like the whole layout, the house is a double check. The second stairway is better than the fireman pole. The chapel is great, the neighbors can come we’ll have dinner on the grounds. Thanks for the showing.

    Oh, wow … I’d call this elevated, sophisticated farmhouse style. Just stunning. And, that chapel. Makes me want to plan a wedding. Thanks for sharing this gorgeous home and farm, Rhoda. Happy Friday! xo

    Stunning. I’m not usually a fan of white on white in living spaces – but she obviously knows how to make it work with the smaller pieces of furniture, rugs, chairs, artwork, etc. The country-side ain’t bad, either. And those cute doggies… “I’m ready for my close-up Mr. DeMille.” 🙂

    I love her place so much! Do you know where her upholstered dining chairs are from? Love the angular take on them!

      Hi, Ann, go over to her blog or Instagram and you can ask her there. She won’t see this.
