Recipes
I’ve been playing around with my Ninja air fryer and grill and really liking it a lot. Someone told me about The Recipe Teacher for air fryer and instant pot recipes and he looks like a good one to follow. I’ll definitely be checking him out for easy recipes. I like how concise and easy it looks. If you’re a novice like me, you may enjoy it too. I like the air fryer for the speed of cooking things and it really does crisp up things so well.
Around the House
Are you thinking about Christmas yet? It will be here before we know it and I’m trying to get geared up before it jumps out and hits me in the face. I will start to think about Christmas shopping very soon, so I thought I’d share a few Amazon items that would be good gift ideas.

My mom has discovered the Blair.com catalog and has picked out a lot of things she wants. So now I’m ordering Christmas presents for her after she ordered 3 jackets for herself. She loves them! What We’re Watching
We usually look for true crime shows documentaries and both enjoy those, so that’s what we’ve mainly been watching together lately.
I think in the recipe teacher person and I can vouch that I’ve tried each of the “best damn” recipes and love them. Our fave is the pork tenderloin but we do salmon (and I do a white fish with same and same time together) pork chop and chicken. Also love blackened salmon and coffee pork.
Those look really good and I’m going to try his method too. I have an instant pot that is still in the box and I need to get it out and use it as well.

I signed up for the Teacher site. My instant pot is used all the time, so many favorites. https://www.whatscookinchicago.com/2017/05/instant-pot-40-cloves-of-garlic-chicken.html?m=1 Is SO good, I crave it, it’s delicious. Don’t use that much home grown garlic! But you can get a bag of peeled garlic that is about 40 cloves at Walmart. I haven’t really looked for air fryer recipes but I’ll start. My mom became a huge Blair fan. There were these knit pants she loved.
Thanks for the Recipe Teacher recommendation. I tried his air fryer recipe for hard boiled eggs, because I wasn’t satisfied with the air fryer recipe that I had for them. These came out perfectly! I will try more of his recipes.
