(Giveaway is Closed)
Last month at the International Home & Housewares Show, the Homer Laughlin China Company launched several new products for its 2010 lineup. A nearly 135-year old company, Homer Laughlin takes such pride that its products are Made in the USA, employing more than 850 people in Newell, WV.
I love supporting Made in the USA companies, so I am happy to do a giveaway for this old and established company. I have admired Homer Laughlin china patterns in the antique malls for years and love how it wears and wears. I own a few pieces myself.
They sent me 2 items to use and enjoy for myself and they are giving away one of EACH of these today to 2 of my readers.
First up is this beautiful 75th anniversary piece for 2010, a set of prep or mixing bowl in a vibrant and vivid limited availability color of Marigold. I received my set and it will be a pleasure to use this in my kitchen.
Next, is a the latest place setting of Fiesta dinnerware in the lovely color of Paprika, a deep burnt orange and the winner will receive a one piece place setting.
I’d like to know if you own any Fiesta dinnerware? It’s highly collectible and this company has been around a long time, so chances are you have something in your collection by Homer Laughlin China Company.
Just leave a comment and I’ll draw 2 winners, one for the prep bowl set and one for the place setting.

Oooh, love these!!
I don’t have fiesta but i have heard of it. Really pretty, the colors are so vibrant!
Yes! I love Fiestaware! It reminds me of my best friends Grandma when we were growing up. I only own a couple of vintage pieces as they are so expensive here in Calif. but have come of the dinnerware and a few accessories. I love all the different colors! karen….
I own a burgundy colored Fiesta disc pitcher. It was given to me as a Christmas present to match an old set of hand painted Stetson dishes – (1940-50’s.) Cream colored dishes with a large hand painted rose with dark green leaves.
I have a cobalt blue cup and saucer from the 1950’s. I love Fiestaware!
I have some of the oldest Fiesta that was my mothers and I have started collecting the newer colors too. I would love to win either.
love fiesta ware
I don’t have any Fiesta but winning could start a collection for me.
I’m an avid collector of FiestaWare…we use it everyday and there are several colors I don’t have – and Paprika is one of them! A service for one would be displayed in a prominent place in our kitchen!!! But I heart those bowls and the color! I would love, love, love to have either of them! My mother collects Fiestaware too, but she ‘hoards’ hers in the original boxes in a closet, and won’t share:)) Not me, just seeing all the beautiful colors makes me smile, and I use what makes me smile!
I love Fiesta ware. Love the new bowls.
I don’t own any Fiesta Ware but have always wanted to start my own collection. How lovely it would be if I won the start of my very own collection.
I have a few pieces of Fiesta. I LOVE the happy bright colors. I am beginning a Fiesta collection.
Those bowls are really cute. Great color. One of my friends has the dishes, so those would make a great gift.
I would love to win!

I don’t own any of these pieces but I’ve always wanted to just because of the great colors
What a great giveaway, Rhoda! I don’t collect fiestaware, but it’s never too late to start, is it? I really love those mixing bowls. Thanks for the chance to win.
I have always loved fiesta ware. My mom had some gorgeous blue fiesta ware years ago. It went out of “vogue” and she got rid of them. What a loss…… Every time she sees it now, she reminds me that she never should have given them away. Please enter me in your giveaway!
I haven’t purchased any Fiesta Ware yet, but I have been admiring for quite a while. I would love to win to start a collection. I love that it is made in the USA!
I have 14 place settings so far and tons of serving pieces and pitchers that I have collected over the past 7 years. I love it! Couldn’t imagine using anything else!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE fiesta ware. I would love to win me some.
