It’s a soft-cover book with full color pictures and lots of good and practical ideas on making your home a haven for your children. She addresses all the rooms in the house, as well as outdoor spaces and her ideas are specifically geared towards nurturing a comfortable and creative environment for the kids.

Inspiring! I am currently living with the in-laws while we are building a house. This book would be great inspiration. Would love to curl up next to the fireplace and oooh and ahh through the pages of this book while it is a blustering 0 degrees here in Minnesota. :o)
