I’ve got a fun and entertaining giveaway for you today, from Southern Style Home Decor, an online shop full of Southern goodies. Of course, I am partial to anything Southern, so when she contacted me to do a giveaway, I knew it would be a great fit for my blog and my blog readers.

To answer your first question, “Who doesn’t want a pretty table?” I do….but I guess not everyone does. I was talking with an older friend who wanted to give her daughter her crystal goblets and lots of other really lovely items for setting a beautiful table. Her daughter said, “Oh mom, we don’t want to bother with all that. We’ve seen you work hard keeping it looking good and we don’t want to do all that work. We’ll just use paper plates and disposable stuff when we have company. That’s so much easier.” {sigh} I felt badly for my friend.
Me? I’d love to have some of those glass domes…wouldn’t they be lovely in a table arrangement? Thanks for introducing us to Southern Style Home Decor. So much eye candy!!
Wow–so much to like! I really like several of the placemats, and the fleur di lis finials are really pretty…I may have just the place for them.

My favorite items on their site would have to be the hand-hooked rugs.
I really like the large glass dessert stand with the glass dome…I love entertaining and welcoming people into my home. This is a really lovely stand. Makes me anxious for the home I live in to sell so I can find a place of my own to settle in.
The quilts are my first choice. Gorgeous, amazing, beautiful.

I liked many things in the store, but am leaning towards the grass topiaries……………..so many ways to use them. I just started following your blog, and commend you for your fortitude! Oh, everything is so beautiful on their site! I love their quilted throws; just makes me want to curl up under one with a good book! The Devon Lake and Devon Moss ones are my favorites!
I love lots of their products but their Stafford Hand Hooked Rug and their Lavender Wreath are my favorites!
