I’m ready for a New Year, how about you?!
This is that pretty red barn door that I shared awhile ago that’s near my house. They had these neat nutcracker soldiers out for Christmas and I just had to stop and take another pic!
Hope you all have a fabulous New Year’s Day and enjoy your holiday.
Here’s to a brand spanking New Year in 2012. I could NOT be more ready for it!
Don't Miss a Post, join my list!
Happy New Year to you Rhoda!

I am so ready for 2012, too! Love that barn, and flanked with those two nutcrackers is too cute for words!

Great pic!
Rhoda,
Love the juxtaposition of the old, faded barn wood and the bright, newly painted red door.
I have been out of the loop since October and I am just now getting caught up with everyone. It was a hard year for both of us, my friend. Here’s to a year of happiness and health.
Love, Deborah
Happy New Year Rhoda! Looking forward to see what you bring on in 2012 …
Happy New Year! I love those Nutcracker Soldiers. Fabulous photo.
You just can’t beat a bright red door on a weathered wood building for eyecatching color!! I love that photo! I wish you every happiness in 2012.
Happy New Year! Hope 2012 is FABULOUS for you!!!
Happy New Year, I’m ready too! Love the red door!

When this old home and property went up for sale, I wish I could have purchased it. I was glad to see that the new owners didn’t paint the barn door, but left it red. I enjoy reading your blog. Happy New Year!

Rhoda, I think I must live near you. I live in Marietta, right near the movie theater on Gordy Parkway. Is that near where you live? I recognize that barn door! Am I right?
And yes, I agree – I am very ready to put 2011 behind me and move into a hopefully better 2012!!!
