Happy New Year 2009, my friends! I really appreciate all of you who take the time to visit my blog and leave comments. You have all made 2008 a wonderful year for me and I look forward to a great 2009.
I’m trying to recuperate from Christmas, getting things cleaned and orderly again around the house and it’s always this time of year that I feel the need to get organized. Time to clean closets, drawers, and office space. Have a Happy and safe New Year’s Eve. We’re staying home!

We just bought a new (to us) home this summer. it’s actually 30 years old and is a blank canvas just waiting for my strokes of paint. I can't wait to see your Powder Room Makeover. I am working on a Powder Room re-do myself. Picked up the paint – Red & Chocolate Brown – this week and a chunky gold-gilted mirror. Looking for a new light fixture in antique gold and some animal accents. The look will be British Columbia meets the Ritz Carlton! (LOL!) I'll visit tomorrow.
