Today, I’ll be gathering with my sweet family and we’ll be offering up thanks for a wonderful and blessed year and I hope that you are doing the same.  I love my family and am so grateful that they are mine.  Lauren and Philip will be with us again this year, along with that sweet baby girl, Parker, and I have to tell you that life is so much more fun with her in the family.

She lights up our life!

Family Thanksgiving 2013

We usually celebrate Thanksgiving with our extended family members, some of whom live in Atlanta, but this year they are going to Florida and it will be just us.  We don’t mind that either and we’ll all be gathering at my sister and brother-in-law’s house for our feast.  This is last years pic at my cousin’s house.  We always take a family pic on Thanksgiving day and we’ll have to try for that again this year, with the addition of Parker in the pic.

While Lauren and I went to the Grove Park Inn, my sister kept Parker and she brought her over to my parents house every day so that they could see her and spend time with her.  As you can imagine, this delights my parents greatly and it’s so fun for us to watch them together.  It’s precious!

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!

Here’s a fun post I did with Ebay on collecting white ware or ironstone, so I hope you’ll check it out!  Just click the pic!

Oh my goodness, Rhoda, I hadn’t seen a picture of Parker in a long time, and she’s adorable! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and be sure to take lots of photos of your mom at work in the kitchen (we know she’ll be there), and your dad, with whatever little project he’s into (even if it’s a nap after the meal). 🙂
