Our Haven conference is fast approaching on August 1st and my team and I are working feverishly to get everything pulled together. It’s amazing how much time and energy goes into pulling off a conference of this magnitude, but we did it last year and I know this year is going to be even better.
So, to get ready for Haven, we are giving away a few tickets for those of you who didn’t score one when they went on sale back in January. Today’s your lucky day!
ONE of you will win a FREE conference pass to Haven 2013. It’s August 1-3 here in Atlanta, so please make sure you can come if you do sign up to win. I’d love to see you there!
Here are all the team, in case you don’t know them all: Traci, Sarah, Kristin (our Haven events planner), Chris, me, and Beth. We have a wonderful team and all of us are working hard to ensure that this is the best Haven ever!

I want to go to Haven for two reasons. 1. I heard the sessions are phenomenal and I am thirsty to learn more and more and more. 2. I went o SNAP! earlier this year and met some amazing women who I now call friends…and I want to see them again. The blogging community is so amazing and I treasure the time we get to spend together.
I would love to win a ticket to the conference. I am on the waitlist, but would love to know I have a ticket. I am trying to get my blog going and this sounds like it is just what I need to give me the right encouragement! I want to attend so badly. Thanks for the opportunity!

My hubby was on his way home from Afghanistan when the HAVEN tickets were on sale. Not knowing where our next paycheck was going to come from (or when). I could not justify spending any extra money then. I was heartsick when I found out the tickets were gone. While I follow a lot of bloggers, I am new to it myself. I would simply love to go and meet the people I have so admired for a long time. Thank you for the opportunity to even enter for a chance to win a ticket. We live only 5 hours from there & I would go in a heartbeat. <3

I would LOVE to go to Haven!! As soon as I heard about the conference, I went to purchase a ticket but they were sold out!! I opened my own small business last year selling handmade home decor items and just started blogging. What a treat it would be to be inspired by, learn from, and network with fellow DIYers! I follow several of your blogs already, and I am so excited to hear that KariAnne from Thistlewood will be speaking, too! Please pick me! 🙂

First of all, if I win, I promise to leave all my kids and both the dogs at home. And I vow to spend at least a couple of nights at Hilton Head, since I’ll be so close!
But the reason I would love to go to Haven is simple. We built a new house, and it’s lovely, but it’s builder-boring. I’ve been working on it some, but I don’t have my groove yet. I have so much to learn. I do read the blogs and soak up everything I can. But what I wouldn’t give to be in the same place as all these other women. These women who understand me. My neighbors just look at me funny, I think: There’s the lady who’s always in her garage with her sanders. (Sometimes one in each hand!)
We have five big kids – nearly all ready to fly away from the nest at any moment. So grandkids will be a real thing in just a few years. I want my house to be full of wonder and warm memories for everyone who visits.
I would love to attend and meet the bloggers I visit everyday online and learn from them. It’s been a tough year for us and mom could use a get away break!

I’d love to attend to meet fellow talented bloggers and put a face to a name. As a somewhat newer blog, this opportunity would be the highlight of my entire summer!
I have found it is extremely difficult to market to locals who don’t even know about the world of blogging (everything is super delayed in my area) so for the chance to meet and mingle and form new friendships would mean the world to me.
