Don’t we all love smooth healthy lips? I know I do! I have always used something on my lips during the day and nighttime to keep them smooth and supple. I do not like dry cracked lips and I’m sure you don’t either. I’m sharing a great product with you today that I’ve been using for awhile now, called City Lips. And they are having a BOGO sale this week, so you will want to get in on that if you’re looking for products for your lips that really work and enhance the lips you have.
As we get older, our lips age along with us, sometimes getting fine lines and our lips lose some of their plumpness, don’t they? City Lips plumping lip gloss gives an immediate and long-term solution to your lips, with ingredients that help heal lips adding hydration instant plumping that smooths out some of those lip lines.
What I love about City Lips clear gloss is that I can use it alone for instant comfort on my lips and I can also use it over any lipsticks I have that I may want to add gloss to, plus it helps my lipsticks to stay on longer. The gloss adds a layer over my lipstick and I find that they stay on much longer if I add this layer. From left to right colors: Los Angelips, Plum Springs, Crimson. Los Angelips has a little gold metallic shine in it which will be fun over other lip colors.
City Lips also comes in lots of different colors, so you can use it alone as a colored lip gloss. I’m just trying out the colors, I had only used clear in the past, but I really love the colored ones too. They feel good on, stay on and really do hydrate and keep lips supple. I really like color on my lips and without any lipstick color, I look a little washed out.
My sister, Renee, has been a City Lips clear gloss user for a few years now and I asked her what she loved about City Lips. She said she loves that her lips never get tired of City Lips gloss, that other things she has used didn’t work well after awhile. It stays on well, really sticks a long time. It moisturizes and makes your lips feel nice and soft. She doesn’t think the gloss plumps all that much, but she’s very happy with the results and wears the clear gloss all the time.
I don’t have a lot of plumping when I use the gloss, but I love the way it makes my lips feel too. It is on the sticky side, which means it stays in place for a long time. It’s the kind of gloss that you put on and leave it alone. You don’t feel the need to constantly purse or lick your lips to keep them hydrated, it does it all for you and stays in place.
The above color is Plum Springs.
The key ingredients in City Lips stimulates new collagen development with peptides, provides instant fullness, definition and hydration, and works without irritation or numbness. I have used some that do feel tingly when you put them on, but City Lips doesn’t do that for me. I can’t see a lot of plumpness immediately when I put it on, but I do like the way it smooths my lips and makes them look better. With Oligopeptides, the string of amino acids helps enhance lip volume and gives the appearance of smoothing fine lines, along with Jojoba oil and Ylang Ylang flower oil. The ingredients feel good on my lips!
This color I’m wearing is Crimson. I’d like to try some brighter colors on me too. The colors are very saturated as well and not thin.

I want to try this , especially the night oil. I have never liked lipstick, I use Burt’s Bees Lip Shine in Pucker color, they are in every pocket and purse and if my lips feel chapped I fall apart like a 2 y/o having a tantrum (in my brain not in real life) but truly I cannot even focus. We have moved to such a low humidity area, it’s bad. I use aquaphor at night but perhaps a dedicated lip oil would be better.

Hi, Nancy, I hear you, I always keep my lips hydrated with something on them too, especially overnight.

I really like the City Lips Night Oil and Lip Gloss (so far I only have the clear, but I need to get some color glosses with their current offer). I saw a difference in my lips almost immediately after I started using the Night Oil. I had tried other well-known brand moisturizing lip products (I won’t include brand names) that felt like I was putting petroleum jelly or an inexpensive, waxy stick product on my lips, and with those types of products, my lips were still chapped and cracked. The Night Oil is wonderful — no more chapped lips! I also do see some plumping with the gloss, which is great for my thin lips.
