Have you ever wanted to live on a breezy island paradise? Well, here’s your chance! The HGTV Dream Home 2024 is on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine, FL and I got the chance to take a tour in person when I was there recently with some of my gal pals. We had the best time touring this house and seeing all the beauty of the island and house. Come along with us and see this dream home up close and personal and hear about your chance to win! I’m definitely going to register my entry before time is up and time is up on February 15, 2024. Don’t miss out on your chance to win!

Prize Package:

  • Grand Prize package worth over 2.2 million dollars includes the fully furnished designer home, an all new Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan, and one hundred thousand dollars cash.
  • The sweepstakes has dual entry on HGTV.com and FoodNetwork.com. Users can enter twice a day for the duration of the sweepstakes, which ends February 15, 2024.

Enter to win at HGTV.com

The HGTV Dream Home 2024 is a newly built home on Anastasia Island, which is across the Lions Bridge from St. Augustine, FL. The interior design is all from the talented Brian Patrick Flynn, who I’ve met many times since he lives in Atlanta. I think this is the 3rd house I’ve toured that he designed for HGTV. He’s a great guy!

If you love blue, you’re in luck, there is plenty of blue on this house. The day was a picture perfect blue sky day as well.

Charming entry!

Me, pretending I live here now! Really it was fun to visit, but I love my home sweet home too.

A cozy seating area to the right of the front porch.

Here are all the gals I went to St. Augustine with. You’ll be hearing more about our trip later, but suffice it to say, we had a great time. These are all fellow bloggers, although they concentrate on Instagram while I focus on my blog. We had some fun discussions about this crazy business we are all in.

From left front row: Shannon Mann, Shauna Grow, Tonya Parker, Sheree Frede, me, and Robin LaMonte (another ATL gal who splits her time in Park City, Utah as well. The other gals are from Utah, Texas, and Virgina, so we had quite the mix. I hope you’ll check out all their blogs too, they are all wonderful women to know. All of us work with or have worked with Chico’s over the years and Chico’s sponsored some clothing for us to wear, along with Easy Spirit and Soma. It was fun doing those photoshoots.

Back to the house, the colors were soothing and coastal, so I hope you enjoy my photos from our tour. We were so fortunate to get to go inside (I have a contact who knows HGTV and we were able to get in) so that was a real bonus to our trip. Again, all the design is by Brian Patrick Flynn, who has been the HGTV designer for several years now for their dream home.

How did you like that tour? Wasn’t it gorgeous and such a stunning setting?! We thoroughly enjoyed taking the tour and getting the chance to see it in person. I’m thrilled it worked out while we were in town for the week. Don’t forget to go and sign up, someone will win this beauty!

Why is reader view not available? I would have read this but it’s so long and so many ads and videos that it was distracting. Please let us have that option.

HI, Louise, I do have ads and the best way to read is on a laptop or tablet. Reading on a phone is more challenging. I have ads, because that is how I make a living doing this blog. The ads should not impede reading the article.

Beautiful house! Can you get paint colors for us? I am especially interested in the paint color of the kitchen cabinets!
    Thanks!

Hi, Dee Ann, I won’t be able to get those particulars, but check the HGTV website for the house. There are lots of pics over there and they might share some paint colors, I don’t know.

Wow wow wow this house is beautiful and decorated so beautifully. I love all the Audubons SO much!! This makes me want to clear out my house and start over. And I love your jacket, it looks polished and cozy.

Yes, I’ll take one! lol… Seriously, this is one of HGTV’s very best dream homes. All of the design work is spot on -beautiful yet very livable, and who could argue with the location? I think your pictures are a wonderful adjunct to those on HGTV’s site, as we can see more detail. That main bath shower is TDF. Great share, Rhoda, and great job getting the group inside this beauty!

Hi Rhoda, thanks for the tour of the beach home! I really like seeing all the colors come back in home design. I never cared for the stark black, gray, and white decor. I have a design question for you (I’m no expert in design to be sure); why do designers like to push a top crease in the throw pillows? Silly question I know, but I never thought it looked good.

Hi, Joyce, I’m not sure why the karate chopped pillows got so popular, but you’re right it’s a designer thing.

Congratulations on the walk through! (I have to ask though; did anyone get to see if there was a ‘bonus space’ above the garage? The roof line seems to suggest there’s space up there. 😄”

Hi, Dave, we didn’t see that if it was there.

I’ve seen many pictures of the house. I sure hope I win but as a retiree I could never afford the taxes . I would take the cash option which includes 650K + the car, an add’l 100,000 dollars.!

I’ve always followed the HGTV Dream Home giveaways, and this one in Florida sounds amazing! I’d love to know more about the specific room designs—especially the kitchen. Did they mention anything about the layout or unique features?
