Holiday Home Linky Parties Coming Soon!

You’re invited……

Exciting news to share! Christmas is my very favorite Holiday of the year and I love to celebrate this special time.

In anticipation of the upcoming Christmas Holiday season, me and a few of my friends are having a big ole’ party!   That would be Layla, Kate, and Sarah.   I can’t think of any girls that I’d rather hang out with than these 3 for Christmas decorating and celebrating.  I’ve had the pleasure of meeting all of them in person and they are just as delightful and fun as you can imagine them to be.  We’ve all got different styles, so  it should be fun to see how we all celebrate uniquely.

(My front door and foyer from 2009)

Add in the Holiday season to the mix and it’s going to be a lively time in blogland.  So,  I hope you’ll put these dates and parties on your calendar and join us.  After all, it won’t be any fun without all of YOU to party with too.  We’ll celebrate Christmas mantels, vignettes, trees, and crafts.  That should just about cover it all.

I’m not quite ready to climb up into the attic and drag down those boxes, but I’m sure the Christmas cheer will overtake me towards the end of this month and I’ll have fun figuring out just what I’m going to do this year. 🙂

Join us for the festivities, won’t you?!

The winner of the Delta faucet giveaway is lucky #84, Missy G!  Congrats on winning this fantastic prize!

In other exciting news, my house is the feature for November Cottage of the Month over at Jennifer’s, The Old Painted Cottage. Jennifer has been doing this for several years and I’m so honored to be chosen for November.  Hope you’ll go on over and check out all new house pics from me.  You’ll be seeing some of them again here.

Congrats to Missy on winning the Delta giveaway!

I’m with you, Rhoda; not quite ready to get my Christmas stuff out, although I want to make sure I know where all the boxes are for a quick trip up and down the basement stairs. I’d like to think about where I’m putting what this year {I like to mix things up from the previous year} and I’m sure by the time Thanksgiving arrives I’ll be itching to decorate! I’ll be putting your linky party button on my sidebar. : )

    Hi Rhoda,
What a great idea! I’m writing down these dates for sure! Not only to join in, but to stop by everyone’s homes to see their Christmas decorations.
I’ve got some new ideas for my home this season, but I’m with you… not quite ready yet 🙂

I can’t wait! I am busy getting things ready to sell at a local craft sale and I need some inspiration! I can always count on you for that. I loved the photos of your beautiful home in Cottage of the Month. You can be so proud that it was tastefully decorated and you did most of the work yourself!

You stinker!!! LOL. Boy can you keep a secret. I just came from Old Painted Cottage–you are cottage of the month. I have been waiting for your kitchen pics and couldn’t figure out what was taking so long, (because you don’t goof around with finishing things.) Well the pictures at OPC are great. I love it.

You know me well enough to know I am excited about these parties Rhoda! In fact, J is giving the back porch fireplace a good going over today. I believe that will be my first Christmas decorating project.

Congrats on the feature at Jennifer’s. Three years ago our “Christmas” house was featured. A definite honor. I’ll stop by and have a look at your “November” home.
