Accesorize my mantle. After 8 years in this new house I have yet to get the mantle to the LOVE IT stage.

Well…the whole house, but if I have to limit my sprucing up projects it would be my hallway bathroom and front entry way. 🙂 Thanks.

Our house is 20 yrs. old. The contractor tried to give the house a small entryway by putting in a short half- wall on each side of an archway leading into the living room. There are decorative poles on the end of each half-wall. I would love to remove the half walls and leave the decorative poles. This would open up the living room giving it a larger and grander look.

With fall arriving, it’s time to replace the flowers in the front bed and switch the porch accessories to reflect a warmer yet welcoming palette. Then inside, to continue the transformation with sprucing up, painting? And again, switching out summer items for those with autumnal colors and textures. Thanks for the opportunity to win a helpful and interesting book!

My entryway needs major tweaking! It’s totally junked up and out of control. I want it to be welcoming! Even the oil diffuser needs to go!!!

I have been collecting ideas for the past few years on the idea of “Seasonal Decor”. I want my home to reflect the changing seasons, but don’t want to re-paint, move furniture around, etc. I want to be able to switch a few pillow covers out, maybe change a rug, move a new piece of art over the mantle, add some natural elements from outdoors and then rearrange a few accessories then sit back and enjoy! I think we can fall in love with our homes all over again when we can look at it with fresh eyes! I would love to win these book so I can get going on making seasonal decor a reality!
    Warm regards,
    Ruth Lutz
