Introducing bHome App!

When I look back at the history of the internet and cell phones and all the technology changes that I’ve seen in my lifetime, it boggles my mind!  I mean, really….the internet has connected the whole world in ways that were never possible before.  Cell phones have drastically changed the way we relate to people and we can stay in touch with our family and friends like never before.  Everything is at our fingertips now.  Wow, has the world changed!

I was an advocate of the internet early on and I think that is why I have continued to learn and grow right along with it.  I never want to stop growing and learning about what is going on in the world and staying connected is part of that.  I didn’t even know what an app was 5 years ago (barely) and just got an iPhone in summer of 2011.  I was a little behind in that regard, but I do love to be informed.

Apps are a big part of our phones and mobile technology these days and today I’m sharing a brand new app that I’m very  proud to be a part of.  Kelly, from My Soulful Home and her husband, Peter, are the creators of a brand new home and garden app, called bHome.  It’s fun and interactive and I think you’ll really enjoy the benefit of having Bhome on your iPhone or iPad.  I was asked to be a part of the group of bloggers launching this exciting new app and I’m so happy to be on there with the other awesome home and garden bloggers.

Right now, Bhome is only available for iPhones and Apple products, but they are working on the Android version too, so soon on that hopefully.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, I’d love for you to go and download the FREE app from the iTunes store and start trying it out.

I’m on there, along with so many of my blog friends. It’s a great way to see some of your favorite bloggers all in one spot and you can follow our blogs, Pinterest feeds, Instagram, and Twitter feeds all on that app.  Being mobile is a huge plus for all of us on the go and Bhome goes with you all the time.

This will just be one more way of keeping up with your favorite blogs.  It’s a way of reading blogs, but don’t worry we aren’t quitting our blogs, this is just another avenue of sharing our content with all of YOU, our dear readers!

You can scroll through your favorites and create your own feed by tapping the star on each of the blogs.  Tapping the star puts your faves in your feed and when you tap ME, it shows all of your feed right there in blooming color.  All the content is constantly changing and updating all through the day.

You’ll see me over there, along with so many other great home and garden bloggers.  You can chat with all of us too on the chat box.  Look through Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and blog posts for all the latest happenings.

They will be adding more home and garden bloggers along the way too, so the community will just keep growing and growing.

It’s a wonderful, interactive app and I think it’s just going to grow and grow with all of us downloading and using it every day.  Instead of clicking around all over your phone or iPad, you’ll have it all in one spot.  On this cute app called bHome.

It’s very easy to use.  Once you download it for FREE, just tap across the bottom to Browse and you’ll see all the blogs come up.  Tap the star to save them to your favorites and then tap ME and your feed will come up based on who you have marked as a favorite. See those Yellow stars up there, those are all marked Favorites.  

And you can share directly from bHome to Instagram and Pinterest so it’s easy to save and share right from the app.  How convenient is that? 

Blogging has connected all of us like-minded home and garden people (you know who you are!) Those of us who love our homes, want to make them the best they can be and share inspiration and creativity with everyone else.  All of this is in our blood and we can’t imagine doing anything else. Making a house a home sweet home is why I started blogging and continue to blog all these years later.
