A New Look!

Welcome!

If you had to glance twice to be sure you’re in the right spot, fear not, you definitely are in the right place.

My blog whisperer, Darcy, has been working very hard behind the scenes for the past week and we are so happy to have the unveiling of the new and improved Southern Hospitality design.  I just adore it and think it really captures who I am and what I’m trying to share on this blog.  And my starfish is pretty cute too! 🙂

Hope you’ll make yourself at home and enjoy the new look with me.  You’ll see I have buttons for all the categories in a little different way this time and all you have to do is click on them to find all the posts under that particular topic. It should be very easy to navigate and find your way around.

My decorating consulting button is up there under Please Visit, along with my sponsors.  And all the contact information is right there in a row:  Twitter, Facebook, Email, and subscribing to my feed.  You can search for any topic on my blog in the search bar too.

And I have a brand new blog button that I hope you’ll take and share.  If you have my old one on your blog, PLEASE, pretty please take the new one!

So, hope you like it as much as I do!!  Thanks, Darcy, for a fabulous job.  You captured the feel and look that I was going for.  If you’re looking for a really professional makeover, Darcy’s your girl.

Hi Rhoda! You new site looks really good. It fits perfectly with the newness of spring, which I am sure you are enjoying immensely!

Have you been out to the Botanical Gardens in Mountain Brook this spring? We are coming down this weekend for the annual plant sale. We just renewed our membership so I am looking forward to popping in!

    Hope all is well!

    Hi Rhoda –
Love your new look, so fresh and clean, it fits you. The photo of the limes is so vivid, I feel like I can grab one right off the screen. I am in the process of moving my blog and my designer just send me a proof to ok. It is excting, kind of like getting a new outfit to wear on the first day of school.

Looks great! I remember when we were talking about you going to WordPress.
Thought about you the other day. I’m in the midst of a redo on an antique dressing table that I’m converting to a desk…. and I thought… this looks like something Rhoda would do.
