LaZBoy Design Dash Finals and Giveaway

So, today I’m back to show you all the rest of the rooms from the LaZBoy Design Dash competition and I’ve got a REALLY FUN surprise at the end, so hang with me today.  The rooms. They are all good and all different styles, so it will totally depend on what you love on which ones you’ll enjoy the most.  I like that we were all different in our styles and how we put colors and furniture together, because it made the whole thing so much more fun.  Varied is good and it shows all the different furniture styles and accessories that LaZBoy carries too.

Now, keep in mind that these are my pics that I snapped with my camera at the end of the day, so every little thing might not be completely in place, but I tried to get the rooms finished as best as I could, so I could share them with all of you. If you go over to each blog, you can find their posts on the event too, with I’m sure lots more pics of their rooms.

UPDATE:  As of Noon today, the LaZBoy Design Dash competition is LIVE on Facebook.  You can click over and vote (of course, I’d love your vote, but feel free to vote for your fave!).  You can see my video of the room too, I didn’t totally embarrass myself. :

  • People are invited to view the videos of the rooms and vote for their favorite.
  • Every vote counts as an entry for a chance to win $10,000 in La-Z-Boy furniture.
  • People can vote once per day until December 20th when voting ends

Aren’t those all fun and stylish rooms?

We all really mixed it up and had fun in our spaces, giving them lots of personality and pizazz. You can see all the different furniture pieces that we used as well as patterns and accessories, all mixed up to create beautiful rooms.  All 10 of them!

This competition is going to be a stiff one, since everyone who will be voting will no doubt have different styles they like.  I’d love for you to go over and vote for me, but really if I don’t win, I’m perfectly fine with that too. Any of these rooms would deserve a winning vote.  I think we all did a fantastic job.

Voting begins today on the LaZboy Facebook page, so go on over and check it out. Of course, I would love your vote (shameless plug!) It will be a fun contest and I can’t wait to see who wins this one.

I would spend it on a new chair for the den/family room. We need to replace all of our furniture in there.

You did a fantastic job with the challenge! I love reading your blog, you are a great inspiration to others. I have had my lazy Boy furniture for almost 12 years and would love a chance to win some new pieces.

We have a leather Lazy Boy recliner that is about 17 years old. The mechanics of it are still working and we have never had a problem with it-ever. It is THE most comfortable chair in the house! however, the leather has a small area where the leather has peeled away and it looks , well…worn. IF I won this giveaway I would without a doubt purchase a new chair, but it would still kill me to toss this one- I’d probably consider getting it recovered, but right now I have other projects to spend $ on! Winning would move this one up on the list for sure! Thanks for this chance!

Definitely our living room. Our furniture belonged to my in-laws and they bought it back in the late 60’s early 70’s. *Way* passed time for a makeover 🙂

I would use it in my living room. I need a new piece of furniture for my television to sit on, and I love the Mercantile Entertainment Console. Thank you!

I totally need dining room furniture! I don’t do Facebook, or I would vote. While all the rooms are lovely, KariAnne of Thistlewood Farm is my favorite. Her room is closest to my taste and design asthetic! Good luck to all who entered!
