Let’s Go Antiquing in Madison, GA

While I was in Madison, GA for a couple of days, I had time in the afternoon to check out the Madison Markets again, an antique emporium filled with vintage treasures. It’s always fun to walk through and see what is there, so today I’m taking you along with me. I don’t need a thing at my house, I’m at full capacity and have been for awhile now, but it doesn’t stop me from looking and admiring from afar. There was a coffee shop attached and I had an iced coffee and snack before I went in and that was a nice respite from the heat. The market is in a cool old building, perfect for showcasing vintage goods.

Come on in with me!

I just took random pics of things that caught my eye, like this watermelon side stool. Wouldn’t this be cute on a porch?

They had a lot of vintage bamboo, which always catches my eye.

This glass and burnished gold bamboo table caught my eye, it’s a show stopper piece and would look great in an entry.

This gives you an idea of how big it is.

Pretty display.

More vintage bamboo

And more, most of this isn’t cheap, the older English pieces are definitely pricey.

They have a big assortment of old furniture which is nice.

Pretty boat painting.

I really love these little vintage bamboo tables.

Pretty vintage buffet.

Cute!

Those lamps are pretty.

Cute loveseat with colorful fabric.

Always love a good rabbit!

I almost bought this blue and white metal holder, but decided I really don’t need more.

Italy IS always a good idea!

Pillows

And that’s a look at the Madison Markets antique market, I hope you enjoyed strolling with me!

Oh, thanks for taking us along on this trip! My eyeballs would’ve been falling out trying to see everything. You have good self control! Hope the recovery is still going great!

I would love to have the bed that is displaying the pillows. Think of it trimed in velvets or silks, beautiful!
