Miss Lucy’s Monograms Giveaway

IMG_7141

When I was back home in Marietta, I told you about meeting up with my dear friend, Debbie, and we had so much fun remembering all the creative fun we’ve had together over the years.  Debbie has always been super fun to hang out with, but we never had enough time to do a lot of things together, since she was a full-time Drama teacher at a local Cobb County High School.  I used to go over in the summer and hang out with her at her backyard pool, talking decorating and dreaming up fun projects that we wanted to do.   She really got a kick out of several of her students leaving comments about recognizing her.  I know those of you who had Debbie for a teacher loved her to pieces, like I do!

After 30+ years of teaching, Debbie is now working part time, with hopes of only teaching another year or 2 and she’s already started an at-home business of monograms.   It’s time for her creative side to really shine! IMG_7145

Debbie has the coolest office space/craft room in her basement, complete with a sink. She painted the walls and ceiling all black to give it a studio effect with all of her craft things and this is where the inspiration is born.  She got out all of her wares that she is now selling online to show me the line-up.  And boy, does she have some cute things! IMG_7146

See how fun this space is?!IMG_7147

Stacked to the ceiling with all sorts of things, this is where she does all her crafting.

And she sent me my own personalized bag in my signature black/white and lime green.  Isn’t it adorable?!  I can see this going with me to a Beth Moore conference, holding all my pens and books. 🙂  This is called the Create-A-Bag on the website and she has oodles of fun fabrics and colors.

You know a giveaway is coming, right?!IMG_7149

Debbie is giving away to one of YOU, this cute as pie, polka-dot apron complete with monogram of your choice AND the adorable little tote, also monogrammed to your liking.

All you have to do is go on over to Debbie’s website, which is really cute too and take a look around.  Come back here and tell us what your favorite thing in the shop is and that’s all you have to do.  Comments must be left HERE on THIS post!  If you get my blog by email, you will need to click over here to leave a comment.  Giveaway ends Friday night at 6 pm, Central time.

Click the button to go to Miss Lucy’s, who by the way is the cute as a button (ha-ha!) family dog!

Have fun and enjoy all that Debbie has to offer! I hope you’ll look around and get some ideas for Christmas gifts, since it’s just around the corner.

There are so many adorable items it is hard to pick just one! But I narrowed it down to the market basket. I have been looking for a new market basket and one of hers would be perfect. When it gets closer to my daughter-in-law’s due date, I will have to get her one of those adorable diaper bags.

What a fabulous give-a-way! Thank you for the opportunity to enter!

What pretty things! I think the market basket would be great to take food to potluck suppers at church, to put magazines in, or keep my craft supplies in. I also like the lunch bags;these would be great for my daughters to take their lunch to work! They would love the zebra print with hot pink monograms!

I loved all of it. In fact, I’m ordering duffle bags for Christmas for my girls to use for swim team. I’m going to order the shopping tote. Loved the notebook cover featured as the $20.00 icon, but no sample on the page? Loved the apron, but didn’t see those offered? Loved it all – very well done!!!
