My Open House Sign Up!

This morning I’ll be having LOTS of fun at my Homegoods Shopping party, but in the meantime, I wanted to get this Open House invitation going.

For those of you in the Atlanta area who want to drop by my Open House, I’m having a sign up over at Eventbrite, so you can go over there and sign up to let me know you are coming.  I just want to keep a record of those who are planning to stop by (and have no idea how many of you will come!) and then I will send out an email, with directions and all of that.  You know, to keep the crazy people from coming by my house. Smile

Seriously, I think my readers are all sane people, so I’m trying to be cautious, but not fearful. I’ve got lots of friends stopping by and my blog friends and readers are invited as well.

So, please go to Eventbrite and sign up for a FREE ticket.

I’m asking for name, address, and blog name (if you are a blogger) and many of you I know, so please do that for me and you’ll get an email with more information later on next week.  If you don’t have a blog, please just put in Southern Hospitality!

Again, my Open House is Saturday, January 26th, from 1 – 5 pm.

My parents will both be here, as well as my sister and roommate.  If you want to meet my dad, I’m warning you…come early in the first 2 hours.  He might last 2 hours at the most. Smile  Mom will be here the whole time, she loves meeting and greeting and socializing.  Dad, he gets over the whole crowd thing pretty fast and will be hightailing it back home.  That’s my dad!

Looking forward to it!  Oh, and NO GIFTS please!  I have every single thing I need and I’d just love to meet you.

Would love to come see your beautiful house. Unfortunately, I have to work on Sat. Have fun showing off your handiwork!

If I didn’t live in Dallas, or if I had a private plane, I’d come by to visit you. 😉

    Have fun!

How exciting! I signed up, but it made me input a blog address to be able to submit the form. My blog is still in draft form while I search for a theme I like and figure out how to set it up. Sooo, don’t go to my link because it is totally not ready yet and what is there is just the example from another theme, not my stuff 🙂

Rhoda, my friend and I had so much fun with you today at HomeGoods. The inventory selection was outstanding and we both enjoyed treating ourselves with the HG giftcards. Many thanks to you and HG for organizing the early morning soiree! I’ve signed up for your Open House next Saturday and can’t wait to see “up close” all the magic you’ve created in your new home.

Rhoda, open house sounds so exciting, hope you, family and friends have a good day together. I know you will make this a special event for all those attending. Please take lots of pictures to share with us. Almost feel like I am visiting in your home when reading about projects and seeing pictures. Your home looks so peaceful and inviting, you are one talented lady! Tell your Mom & Dad hello and post some pictures of them for all your fans!

I signed up but I have a baby shower that day, and if I can sneak away quickly enough, I’ll be there! I’m hoping to make it. Sounds like you guys had fun today. I wish I could’ve been there!

Oh, I wish I lived close enough to come! But it would take me 5 hours to get there! But have a wonderful Open House and…post lots of pictures.

Oh how I wish I could come. Michigan’s a bit too far to travel from. Maybe some day! Love all the many pictures you put up. Don’t ever think there too many!

Rhoda, I am so disappointed that I won’t be able to attend your “Open House”. Originally, I had planned to meet a friend there as she was going to drive up from Columbus (Ga) and we would get to see your new place together. I live in Canton so it would be an easy drive for me. Unfortunately, I have a work meeting that day. Hopefully we’ll get to meet in the future. Can’t wait to see pics, though!

PICTURES!! I hope to see lots of pictures from your open house. So sad I can’t make it! I just love your home and all you’ve done to is to make it your very own. And I think it’s so special that your parents will be at your open house, too! Have a great time!

Hi! I have gotten my tickets through EventBrite, but have not received an e-mail with directions. Will you be sending this out today or tomorrow? I was going to bring a friend, but now my husband says he wants to come so he can get ideas! Can’t wait to show him the board and batten in your home. At least there will be another man so your daddy doesn’t think he is at a hen party!

HI, Rebecca and all! I’ll be sending out the invitation later this afternoon through Eventbrite. I wanted to let everyone sign up and then I’ll send one big mass email out. Looking forward to seeing you all!

Oops, I missed the email about the sign up… I’m so bummed! I was looking forward to seeing all the finishing touches.
Hope you have a great day! I’m sure everyone will love seeing what all you have done. I came the day we met at Harvest Bread and then went thrift shopping. Thanks for including us in your adventures!
