This is a compensated review by BlogHer and Ritz.
I’ve mentioned before that I could seriously make a meal out of cheese and crackers (and a little fruit thrown in for good measure) and I often do that for lunch. I think a lot of women could get by on less food if we didn’t have our hubbies to worry about. Cheese and crackers definitely won’t cut it for my man, but when left to my own wishes, I will choose a lunch of cheese and crackers many times.
Last year, I got a chance to try out Ritz Crackerfuls and really enjoyed them and this year, they have even more flavors, like Cheddar Cheese and Bacon. YUM, could that combo be any better? I received a few sample packs in the mail and have been munching away.
These are great for grabbing on the go. Each one is individually wrapped in cellophane to keep it fresh and sometimes when I’m on the way to the gym, I just need something to tide me over until I can get a real meal. These will do the trick and keep those hunger pangs at bay!
My days aren’t always predictable and can vary from day to day, from gym time to running errands and grocery shopping, to antiques browsing and yardsaling, so I spend a good bit of time on the run.
Each is made with 6 grams of whole grains and real cheese, so you can feel good about what you are eating and know that it is substantial enough to keep you going until you have time for your next meal.
I try not to snack a whole lot in between meals, but there are times I don’t have time to really sit down and eat, so that’s when one of these generously sized Crackerfuls will come in handy. Grab and go, easy and fast in the car and on the run. That’s where I am many days and I imagine you are too.
So, tell me what you do to tide you over between meals? What sort of things do you grab on the go to satisfy your hunger when you really don’t have time for a substantial lunch?
Up for grabs will be a $100 Visa gift card to one lucky winner! How fun is that? All you have to do is leave a comment to be eligible.

Whether you are running errands or running to meetings, Crackerfuls are the perfect snack to keep you satisfied. Also, since each is individually wrapped it is perfect to just throw in your bag and go.

between meals ill usually have a big glass of water & like a banana or something to hold me over 🙂
Ok….my daughter, who is 5 and a half…is BANANAS over these Crackerfuls things! She cannot get enough! We were walking through the aisles at the grocery store and I was looking for a reduced calorie cracker (for myself) and she was supposed to be helping me and all of the sudden…..STOP! MAMA! There are my crackers!! It was cute..I fell for it….I had to get them. So, I guess I need this gift card so I can get more things for my cute little redhead when she says things that sound kinda’ snotty….but she’s still cute!! Thanks a bunch!
I use grapes or watermelon to tide me over between meals.
I snack on sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.

Cheese and crackers or blueberries

I eat an apple or a handful of trail mix.
I like to grab a sweet and salty peanut granola bar to have for a snack on the run to tide me over.
sometimes just a handful of honey roasted peanuts!
according to my diet plan, i’m supposed to have a dairy or protein and a fruit for a snack between meals
I will usually chop up some tomato and basil from the garden, a little diced garlic, salt and pepper, then spread that on a few whole grain crackers. Yum! If I feel frisky I spread a little laughing cow cheese on the chips before dipping them in the bruschetta mix. 🙂
I have not tried them but I will now.
I will grab a slimfast cappuccino drink or a granola bar. You are so right about eating less when hubbys not around. Tonight I had cereal and banana for dinner and it was just what I wanted.
xo, Sherry
One of my favorite snacks is an apple or banana with peanut butter. Yum!
Love string cheese and almonds….but these crackerfuls sound delish!!
Cheese and crackers is my lunch of choice ~ a Ritz or lowfat Ritz with cheddar and a cucumber chip pickle on top ~ it’s the best!
Thanks for the great giveaway.

Grapes! Icy cold right out of the fridge. This is my favorite on-the-go summer snack. Cool, refreshing and thirst quenching too.
I will eat some fruit or if I have time make a PB&J and run out the door.
I try to keep an apple or some other piece of fruit at my desk so that if I get really hungry I can grab something yummy and healthy. It is really the only way I will consistently eat fruit.
I usually snack on trail mix.
I love cherry tomatoes, crackers, and fresh mozzarella balls!
