Ritz Crackerfuls Review & $100 Giveaway

{Giveaway is closed}

This is a compensated review by BlogHer and Ritz.

BlogHer Reviewer

I’ve mentioned before that I could seriously make a meal out of cheese and crackers (and a little fruit thrown in for good measure) and I often do that for lunch.  I think a lot of women could get by on less food if we didn’t have our hubbies to worry about.  Cheese and crackers definitely won’t cut it for my man, but when left to my own wishes, I will choose a lunch of cheese and crackers many times.

Last year, I got a chance to try out Ritz Crackerfuls and really enjoyed them and this year, they have even more flavors, like Cheddar Cheese and Bacon.  YUM, could that combo be any better?  I received a few sample packs in the mail and have been munching away. These are great for grabbing on the go. Each one is individually wrapped in cellophane to keep it fresh and sometimes when I’m on the way to the gym, I just need something to tide me over until I can get a real meal.  These will do the trick and keep those hunger pangs at bay!

My days aren’t always predictable and can vary from day to day, from gym time to running errands and grocery shopping, to antiques browsing and yardsaling, so I spend a good bit of time on the run.

Each is made with 6 grams of whole grains and real cheese, so you can feel good about what you are eating and know that it is substantial enough to keep you going until you have time for your next meal.

I try not to snack a whole lot in between meals, but there are times I don’t have time to really sit down and eat, so that’s when one of these generously sized Crackerfuls will come in handy.  Grab and go, easy and fast in the car and on the run.  That’s where I am many days and I imagine you are too.

So, tell me what you do to tide you over between meals?  What sort of things do you grab on the go to satisfy your hunger when you really don’t have time for a substantial lunch?

Up for grabs will be a $100 Visa gift card to one lucky winner! How fun is that?  All you have to do is leave a comment to be eligible.

We LOVE Crackerfuls at our house. Thanks for the coupon! I’ll definitely use it. My go to snacks are yogurt, or a Fiber One bar– caramel flavor.

Ooh, those look good! It’s hard to go wrong with Ritz + cheese…

I always try to make sure that I’m getting some kind of protein or dairy in my snacks, so things like nuts, peanut butter crackers, cheese, etc. are go-to’s for me. If I eat a carby snack, I’ll end up hungrier than I was in the first place.

I must say these look delicious, especially the whole grain cracker. I am in the habit of having a fat free greek yogurt as my afternoon snack + some blueberries or strawberries, or whatever other berries I have in (they are all on sale right now). The yogurt has 19g protein so it keeps me going for a few hours til dinner time 🙂

Yum! I didn’t know about these crackers!

I normally grab a granola bar- chocolate chip to be exact- to tide me over for a while.

I have string cheese or a handful of almonds and if I am really jonesing for something sweet…a coke zero with vanilla. It usually tides me over until the next meal. Oh, and a good ol’ cuppa joe does the trick as well. 🙂 Thanks for the giveaway!

If they made these in Gluten Free, I’d be set! Unfortunately, all these little easy to go snack items are not gluten free so I have to make up my own. I bring gluten free pretzels with me to the day job for a snack or a few GF cookies. I sort them out into sandwich bags so I have portions set up properly. At home I can enjoy my GF pretzels with some cut up cheese. The rest of the family will eat regular pretzels, but I feel like I’m not having to put together something “special” for myself.

coffee with flavored creamer – I know, I know – no nutritional value, but I love coffee and sometimes just drink it as a snack.

We do air popped popcorn at my house. Almost once a day you can hear the whirr of the machine. Low cal and cheap! It is my kind of snack.

I am on the run at work all day, so I try to keep a baggie of dried fruit in my pocket to snack on!

Love the Classic Cheddar Ritzfuls. They are a grab-and-go breakfast or snack – and great for the grandkids as well! They don’t taste artificial as do so many.
