Once again this year, I’ve made my house all festive and pretty for the Holidays. I love to get out the garland, wreaths, and trees and decorate my house, making it warm and happy and just a little glitzy too.
I recently had a friend’s gathering at my house again this year that I shared earlier this week with you, inviting over my single girlfriends to help me celebrate this special time of the year. We had some tasty and delicious food, drinks, and exchanged an ornament or two. Celebrating with friends is good for the soul.
We had to have a fire in the fireplace to really set the mood for dinner in with the girls, as well as some festive Christmas music. That’s a must too!
One of the things I love to do is have some scents around the house and using scented candles this time of year is an especially effective way to add to the holiday festivities. You know, there’s just something special about taking in the aroma of fresh scents like, cinnamon, caramel, and chocolate.
