This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of World Market for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Summer is here and I for one can’t wait to start doing some outdoor entertaining on my new back porch, coming soon. Part of the fun of eating outdoors is having some fun and festive dishes and accessories to use for those times when friends and family come over. A big perk for me was a recent shopping spree to World Market, one of my favorite stops in home decor. They have some really fun items to help you get in the summer entertaining spirit. Eating outside is such a part of summer and one of my fave things to do.

Since my porch isn’t ready yet, I took the opportunity to set up a party at my sister’s house and I’ll share the sweet summer items I found at my local World Market. With all the colors I’m using on my porch, I had no problem finding some pretty corals and greens to use on my porch.

I chose some pretty melamine plates with starfish in my coral shade, along with a rectangular serving tray and a pretty round bowl also highlighted with starfish. World Market always has great items to choose from and I had fun putting together a pretty table. The sweet tea is prettily displayed in a clear glass pitcher and I also picked up some wine glass charms that stick on the glasses and can be writen on with a marker.

A beehive beverage dispenser was perfect for serving ice cold lemonade, complete with lemon and lime slices. Hosting a party will be fun with this little gadget around. Guests can serve themselves. The cheese tray is actually a slice of polished wood, love that! A 3 tiered chicken wire stand is just adorable with sweet treats piled on top. The green box in the back are lights which will be so pretty at night on the porch.

Chevron coasters also in coral will be a fun addition to the side tables for beverages, along with a coral rattan tray. I lovde happy colors for summer, don’t you?

World Market has some great food and beverage items with imported Italian sodas, which are so pretty to look at and look great on a table display. Those beautiful blue hydrangeas are from my mom’s yard.

Setting up a beverage dispenser and buffet for guests makes it easy for everyone to serve themselves and enjoy a casual summer evening.

I love fresh homemade lemonade and this recipe is an easy one:

Fresh Lemon/Limeade

6 lemons (squeezed) making 1 1/2 cups lemon juice

2 limes (squeezed) making 1/3 cup lime juice

1 cup sugar

6 cups water

Fresh raspberries or blackberries (I floated blackberries in my lemonade)

1 lemon and lime sliced to add to beverage container or pitcher

I want to share a fun summer contest with you too! Cost Plus World Market, along with Southwest Airlines have partnered up to offer 4 World Market’s Great Summer Getaway Sweepstakes!. Doesn’t that sound fun? I love a getaway. You can enter for a chance to win a trip for anywhere Southwest Airlines flies. Love World Market!!! I bought my upholstered dining room chairs there, also drapes, and dishes, and throw pillows, a duvet cover, drinking glasses, aprons, wall art, and so much more. They also have a great selection of wines to choose from. Your summer table looks great!

Food served outdoors always seems to taste so much better, and you have chosen some beautiful items to use on your porch. The closest World Market is a 45 minute drive for me, but I feel the need to make a trip there soon, especially after seeing your pretty things! Can’t wait to see everything you’ve done on your porch. The floor sure looks great!

I love the polished wood cheese tray. Is that something you bought, or a home made item?
