I’d like to take this opportunity to give my sponsors a big thank you for helping this blog stay afloat.

Hudson Goods is a unique online shop with a wonderful variety of vintage inspired furniture, home accents and true one-of -a kind finds. Drop by and see what’s new over there.

And shipping is always FREE, a big plus in today’s economy!

DiscHangersNEW

For all your plate hanging needs, look no further than Disc Hangers.  They offer all sizes of those cute little discs that glue onto the back of your plates for easy hanging and NO pesky wires at very affordable prices.  And they offer FREE shipping too!

And let me add, if you have a shop that would appeal to my readers, I have several spots open in My Sponsors section and would love to have you join me too.  I offer very affordable monthly rates and all you need to get started is a 125×125 ad button.  I can send a lot of visitors over to your site! 🙂  Click on the Advertisers button above for all the details.

Rhoda your blog is no more commercial than many out there, this is your job and one of your passions, it is not free for you to blog to us so often. I have no problem with you making a living while doing this…I enjoy your blog so much..

Rennie, I won’t apologize for having ads on my blog. I’ve been at this for 3 years now and it has grown into a part-time job & I spend a LOT of time putting out good content here for everyone to read. Believe me, I’m not getting rich, but I do enjoy getting some compensation for the time and passion I put into this blog. No one has to feel compelled to click on any sponsor ads or to buy from anyone. I have done many great giveaways from my sponsors and everyone loves those too, so it’s a win-win for all. I enjoy sharing & love being able to work at home at something that I enjoy so much and I don’t think most of my readers begrudge me having sponsors or making a little $ via advertising. That’s the nature of blogs these days & there are a TON of blogs that do advertising in my same niche and many of them are a lot more blatant than I am with it.

I enjoy your blog, and the ads don’t bother me any, because they don’t pop up over what I am trying to read.
