The Intel® Core™ i5 processor Giveaway!

BlogHer Reviewer

This is a compensated review by BlogHer and Intel.

Having a brand new laptop has been so great! I am thrilled with the speed and how this new processor with the Intel chip makes my blogging life easier. You know how it is when a computer can’t keep up?! That’s not a problem with my fancy new machine.

My little office nook gets a good workout every single day! You can see here that it’s not picture perfect all the time. There’s work to be done. 🙂

As I mentioned, I do a lot of photo editing. That is a breeze and the speed is lightening fast. Connection speed is great, as well as getting things done in a timely manner. I also use my computer to store spreadsheets, do Word documents and definitely needed the storage space for my thousands of pics that I have saved. Those pics need lots of room to spread out.

I also do some room consultations and need to be able to move around the web, gathering pics and getting ideas saved. I can open lots of windows and switch back and forth with the sweep of my mouse. I love that this computer has twice the memory that my little netbook has. It’s definitely going to keep me on task with blogging and other areas of my life.

This cool feature would be great to use for movies, checking out family pics online.  Can you imagine sharing your family photos on a big screen like this?

Now, after sharing how the laptop has improved my work life balance, you know the great news!  I’ll be giving away a $250 Best Buy giftcard for ONE of my readers. I’m so excited to share this with all of you and can’t wait to see someone else benefit from the giveaway.

YES, you can sign up AGAIN, even if you signed up on the 1st giveaway post.  Double your chances!!

I totally and completely love my new laptop!

Here is some more info on the Intel Core processor family. Visit Intel for more information:

  • Smarter processors that deliver extra performance whenever you need it, and increased energy efficiency when you don’t.
  • Features 4-way (and 8-way) multi-task processing that allows each core of your processor to work on two tasks at the same time— that’s Intel® Hyper-Threading

This is a sponsored post with BlogHer and you’ve already heard the GREAT news! I will be giving away a $250 giftcard to Best Buy for one of YOU and there are other chances to win on the round-up page below. Be sure and sign up at all of them to maximize your chances.

I will NOT be giving away a laptop, but a $250 giftcard to Best Buy.

Giveaways are from BlogHer and not Intel.

It would get my husband out of his sad little mancave. Sad because it’s really just our entry hall with a desk pushed into it. 😀

I’m an online student and would use it for my classes and day to day computing with business functions, bills, sweeps, etc. It would be very helpful as my laptop has a broken screen and I currently use another household member’s computer.

How would getting a new Intel Core processor laptop help your day to day life??

The sky is the limit!!! I would be able to plan my garden, better organize my ideas for landscaping and decorating inside my house, start on my idea for a family cookbook to give to my children when they leave home for their first place of their own (an event coming way too fast as my oldest is 18), organize the many, many pictures, etc., etc. I think the real question is how could it NOT help my day to day life!? It sounds like a dream come true

I would use my new Intel Core processor laptop to help me set up a claendar, organize my recipes for a recipe book I would like to compile, continue to take on-line courses to enhance my Occupational Therapy knowledge because education is knowledge. Having said that, I would like to become more comfortable with the computer so that I can start to Blog and develop my own website. I plan on becoming a personal trainer to work with seniors (which I presently do). I would like to give my present computer to my daughter who has been struggling financially and who has been unemployed and wants to return to school. I need a computer that can help me work fffast and efficiently. Thank You, Lisa

I am a mom of 3 very active boys. Constantly looking up things to do, things to help with homework, things for meals and places to go. It would definitely help me also, by not having to be in my office to be on the computer.

I’d be able to edit pictures a lot faster and that would give me the motivation to post more of them online and also boot my blog back up!

It would really speed up my photo editing and video streaming. My laptop isn’t my work computer, yet, but when I get to the point of having to use it for work, it will be nice to have a computer that can seamlessly handle dictation software and medical coding software at the same time!
